We had the new years special menu which was fantastic! It was a wait because of the new menu and also the apps came same time as dinner BUT that head chief they have really is fantastic- such good food. Our waitress was from New Orleans and very friendly and entertaining. I saw a few people leave before their food came out and honestly they 100% missed out. Once these guys get the timing down this will be a phenomenal restaurant!! And it’s slopeside :) we will be back ! Also a few more kid food options would have been nice :)

The manager New Years Eve was awful. He was rude and sarcastic. We had reservations with requests to sit by a window so our kids could watch the NYE celebration and when he sat us, he put us behind the fireplace. He was very overwhelmed and made comments like he served 2 million plates in Yellowstone last year but food was running 45 minutes behind and he was constantly leaving his post to go to somewhere. Our reservation was at 5:30. We didn't get seated until almost 5:45 despite plenty of tables being open, and the waitress who was very nice didn't come to take our order until 6 and told was the kitchen was running 45 minutes behind. We ended up leaving without even ordering because of the the manager. The absolute worst experience ever and it was not the memory we wanted to have with our children as this was their first big New Years Eve celebration. Many other people were also complaining about him about being early for their reservation and then being turned away only to come back and not being seated on time. I would not recommend any restaurant that allows this behavior and operates like this.

Let me start by mentioning I don’t mind the pricing I understand location location location. . But cold mediocre food, with a forced service fee on a self order and self pickup self clean system is crazy. Place is a mess, dirty kitchen has stacked chairs and tables. Not a nice place.

Overpriced food that wasn’t good at all. Dry, burnt chicken. Got my food then was immediately asked to move to a different area since they were closing that area. None of the tables were clean.

The Service staff was friendly and hard working but under staffed. Half of the menu items were not available, including the wine and beer selections. The food was't bad, but not exceptional for the money. Your customers deserve better management

The water jugs don't get refilled, the food is meh, there was a 1ft hair in my food and prices are astronomical. Get better and go to Dante's or just pack your lunch. My food did come out lightning fast on a weekend lunch hour.

Purgy's can be hit or miss with slow service, but we had a pleasant experience tonight. Our party of 3 ordered 2 burgers with fries and Chicken Saltimbocca along with a cocktail and pint of a red ale on draft. All were cooked well and arrived quickly. The beer was great, the cocktail not so much. We have not had the best luck with the cocktails here. They taste like chemicals and are overpriced. The best part of Purgy's is undoubtedly the view. The servers are friendly and mostly attentive as long as the restaurant isn't crowded.
