really delicious and I love the regenerative raised meats and no seed oils I’ve been wanting to try this forever. It was slightly small portions for $30; however, really good! Glad this place exists!

Some of the best BBQ I've had in this area. Great service. Love the slaw and pulled pork.

The price was outrageous, but I'm willing to pay for the high quality ingredients.

y'all should be ashamed.

i paid $30 for a few pieces of brisket and a sausage with slaw. waited there for nearly an hour before asking if i could just cancel my order, as i was working an event nearby, but the guys in the truck just rushed my order to the front instead. it was disappointingly dry and flavorless—the casing on the sausage was extremely tough too. i understand that they use very high quality beef, which would justify the price, but i would rather buy $30 worth of factory-farmed brisket than feel buyer's remorse for dry grass-fed meats that ended up ruining my day. and it wasn't even hot :( just lukewarm, dry meats.

i also think it's ridiculous to make people wait for 45 minutes or more for a plate at a food truck. it's not a sit down restaurant and isn't the idea of bbq to have slow-cooked meats ready ahead of time? so i'm not really sure what exactly i was waiting for, but i wish i saved my money and time and went literally anywhere else in the market.

also, my friend wanted to order the meatballs, but they were sold out despite the sign still being up. maybe take two seconds to remove the sign or write 'sold out' so your customers know what to expect. we waited about 15 minutes in line, so she had to quickly pivot to the mac and cheese when it was time to order. it wasn't a problem since she liked it, but we both found it a tad inconsiderate.

don't make your customers wait for bad overpriced bbq if you can't be prepared with your portions ahead of time—it's just bad business. everyone knows the market gets busy, so i kind of find it hard to believe that they 'got slammed with orders'. just don't give these guys your money because they clearly don't respect bbq or their customers' time. rancid vibes all around.

go support the vietnamese food stand instead; you'll wait a bit in line, but will be handed a fantastic banh mi and a lime mojito in under a minute for less than $15. and then you can get on with your life because you have more important things to do than wait for bad brisket.

Are you kidding me with this food! It is the real deal. I've had a lot of bbq in my day and you can tell when it is actually smoked with true fire. Everything was delicious and I say that as someone who almost never eats out, we make just about everything ourselves. To taste something of this high quality reminds me that there are people out there doing good by food.

L.R. is a master of his craft and a passionate purveyor of food that's good for people and the planet. BBQ is not my typical food choice, but when I arrived at a party catered by Rang Tang and was trying to figure out what to eat, L.R. convinced me to try everything! He told me the backstory of the beef he sources and how he uses only the best local ingredients. It was all incredible. Highly recommend!

Rang Tang Barbecue catered an event for us and it was fabulous! We had burnt ends, beans, mac and cheese and coleslaw. It was all DELICIOUS and L.R. was able to meet the needs of gluten free and dairy free guests. Definitely suggest using them for your next personal or business catering needs!

What is extra neat is that they use local meat and organic produce!

Delicious. Locally sourced. Life giving. Rang Tang will take very good care of you and your belly. Gouda mac & cheese with burnt ends and green chile was the first beef I had since 4 years a vegetarian — and it was incredible. You can taste the local love in every bite. You gotta have it!!

Great eating experience. All the meats were really good- fresh, moist, flavorful only from dry rub and natural juices. Esp. loved the burnt ends and yummy homemade sausage. Slaw and beans very also flavorful; not sweet :) Finally the two sauces were distinct and nice complement - one mustard based and the green one (? Based).

Great wholesome and good tasting bbq from their truck. Def recommend!

Really good whole hog sandwich, smoked burger, and cucumber salad! The meat was moist and tasty, the pickled cucumbers and onions were really good, not too tangy! Great ciabatta rolls too!

Inaccurate prices on menu. Staff got angry when asked about it. To top it off the meat was dry and sauces not tasty. Bummer.

Burnt ends were inedible. The employee stated they were a little though, however, they were much worse. I’m shocked anyone would sell this product knowing how bad it is.
