Delicious. Locally sourced. Life giving. Rang Tang will take very good care of you and your belly. Gouda mac & cheese with burnt ends and green chile was the first beef I had since 4 years a vegetarian — and it was incredible. You can taste the local love in every bite. You gotta have it!!

Great eating experience. All the meats were really good- fresh, moist, flavorful only from dry rub and natural juices. Esp. loved the burnt ends and yummy homemade sausage. Slaw and beans very also flavorful; not sweet :) Finally the two sauces were distinct and nice complement - one mustard based and the green one (? Based).
Great wholesome and good tasting bbq from their truck. Def recommend!

Really good whole hog sandwich, smoked burger, and cucumber salad! The meat was moist and tasty, the pickled cucumbers and onions were really good, not too tangy! Great ciabatta rolls too!

Inaccurate prices on menu. Staff got angry when asked about it. To top it off the meat was dry and sauces not tasty. Bummer.

Burnt ends were inedible. The employee stated they were a little though, however, they were much worse. I’m shocked anyone would sell this product knowing how bad it is.

25min on the line, 45min to get your food. And when you finally get it, its dried up pieces of brisket. 3 people in the truck and neither of them seem to care about people waiting for their food in the crowded place in the hot sun. They sure know how to ruin your day at the farmers market after you just paid for a 3 hr parking and wasted half of your time waiting at this overrated food truck.

The Boulder farmers market is apart of my family’s summer weekend ritual and Rang Tang has been the centerpiece since last year.
Even in a forward thinking place like Boulder County, it’s hard to find restaurants, let alone food trucks, that really focus on ingredient quality. The food business is hard as hell financially, but it’s still amazing all the extra stuff in even the most benign foods today. Does make me feel guilt eating out at all.
The food is uncomplicated, locally sourced and delicious — meats, greens and pickled vegetables is my go-to meal. Brisket well within the ballpark of some of the best I’ve had in Texas (or Wayne’s over in Superior). Even my generally vegan partner will break preference for the burnt ends.
Awesome addition to Boulder food scene. Keep doing what you’re doing, LR.

Had the pleasure of meeting them at the Rayback. Was first blown away by the friendly service, and then again by the amazing bbq! Very much appreciate their support for regenerative farming. If you can find the truck, get it!

I am on a life long mission to find incredible macaroni & cheese. (There is a lot of sub-par mac out there). I decided to give Rang Tang a try and I was not disappointed. The flavor was beautiful and the texture was perfect. I can’t speak to the meats other than what was on the mac, but that was also an absolute delight. 10/10 would recommend.

Friendly staff, perfectly smoked meats. Highly recommend the true take on BBQ that isn't based in corn syrup sauces and focuses on real flavor of ingredients.
