We are so lucky to have Rang Tang Craft Barbecue in the Boulder area. I love to get there food at the Boulder Farmer’s Market and I get their newsletter to find out where else they will be.
Their barbecue and sides are so high quality and well prepared. I must tell you that their burnt ends are the most brilliant barbecue I’ve ever had, exceeding anything in Texas and the Carolinas. I make a version of their coriander coleslaw already, which is delicious....

The best barbecue in CO made with love and local, clean ingredients. No seed oils! I took my dad and his one complaint was that the meat was so tender that it wouldn’t stay on his fork. Everything on the menu is exceptional.
