I had the bbq chicken sandwich and it was fantastic. Definitely the spiced fruit inspired sauces on your sandwich. Everything very fresh and extremely well prepared. I ate there 3 times in two days.

Best BBQ we've had outside of Texas, and better than half the stuff we had in Texas.
Fun atmosphere, friendly staff, cute seating inside and out, and fantastic food.
The pulled pork sandwich was perfect, no weird fatty chunks and not dried out.
The Mac and cheese was so good
You've gotta try the pepper sauce.
The sweet tea was amazing. Can't recommend this place enough.

We were on the Durango to Silverton train and met a couple, Tony and Deidre from Rockwood. I asked them to recommend a good restaurant and they suggested this restaurant. We are so glad we came here after our day. Great food, excellent service, and we loved the outside dining and the beautiful flower baskets.

I ordered the Tater and it was so good! The serving was huge and they didn't skimp on the meat either. My husband got the ribs. He said they were a little dry but after adding sauce, he said his food was great. If we ever visit Durango again, we will definitely eat here in the future.

We were not impressed, the potatoes were cold, the slaw had a odd taste. The brisket was all fat. We will not be back or recommend to anyone.

Really thought I was going to get some real SW BBQ. No so much. The portions were good however the brisket was a little under done, no char, and could be a bit more trimmed. Mac n cheese was over cooked, and had reached a point it was too congealed and pretty flavorless. The BBQ sauce was a little strange, watered down and no SW flavor kick like I am used to from six years in TX.

I rarely give a 5 star rating but as far as BBQ places this place is the best. Lots of choices the meat is amazing and the sides are too. The atmosphere is exactly what you want when eating good Texas BBQ. The staff was super friendly and engaging.

Wonderful, tasty Texas BBQ done by Texans! The ribs and Texas Taco are our favorites.Add a Zuberfizz made locally, to top it off!
