The service was friendly, but the food was only okay. Quaint little restaurant with only a handful of seats for dine-in. We ordered a curry dish and stir-fry dish; I don't recall the names. After not eating all day because of delays in my travel schedule, I was disappointed my dinner was so blah. I would not return.

This company is probably one of the better Thai places in Durango. Unfortunately, we do not have many options. I specifically let the ownership know that I was on a low-carb diet so I didn’t want any noodles or rice. The woman that I was speaking to before told me to order off of their paper menu and she told me what numbers to consider, which were #5 and down through #22. I’ve only eaten here once before and took her suggestion literally.

I guess it’s the brother, or Manager as he stated on the phone that took my order. I asked for a number 9 without rice, and it’s listed under rice dishes. When I got home with my food, it was filled with noodles. I called to note the inconsistency and he turned it around on me stating that this is a noodle dish that is also served with rice and I only asked for no rice. I tried to point out to him that nowhere under the ingredients does it list noodles on this dish.

He never understood my reasoning and said that there were pictures of the dishes that I should have used when making my order. I didn’t see that there were any noodles on this that I needed to omit from my order. For all I knew these were rice noodles or an option. I am also not used to seeing both noodles and rice on the same dish and he stated that these were “tapioca” noodles, not rice, so that’s why they came. I could see his point, but he could not see mine. He raised his voice at me and accused me of harassing him, which I felt was rather strong because I called in a calm voice, to explain my logic, but he did not care. He said this was my fault entirely, which I don’t agree with but you can see the picture of the menu for yourself.

At the end of the day, if a customer has a concern or a complaint, they simply want to be heard. There was no customer service tone in anyway, I even had to ask him to stop interrupting me for just a minute so I could complete a sentence. If anything, I simply wanted to have them understand what happened so it can help other customers in the future.

As far as the food, there was no depth of flavor on dish #9, but if you like noodles, go for it. I ordered it medium and the spice was just right. I give this dish a 3/5 on just the flavor. Given the size of the serving, it could have used way more mushrooms, cilantro, and peanuts to balance out the dish. It came loaded with bamboo shoots, noodles and there was ample pork and onion. However, the pork was over cooked and tough. I give my experience a 1, and for overall score, of 2.

A note to the Owner, shaming your customers does not win them over. A customer doesn’t know what they don’t know. If an item has noodles in it, simply state it on the menu.

Edit: we had one of the curried soups as well and it was delicious. I would order that again.

I recently tried the pad Thai at all the Thai restaurants in Durango and this was not only my favorite but also the cheapest. Be warned, the Thai hot level of spice is not for the faint of heart, but if you can tolerate some heat you'll find it scratches that itch.

Genuinely bad. Salt, heat, and nothing else. Worst thai I've had in a long time

The food was delicious but it made my wife and I both sick to our stomachs the following couple of days. Atmosphere and service were ok. Nothing to rave about.

I was so excited going to try their food, I was expected it’s going to be authentic Thai food. But after I have placed my order I don’t think the owner is Thai coz I don’t understand her Thai language ( I am Thai ) seemed like she just be able to speak Thai a little bit. Anyway when the food was served I was so disappointed the food taste so bad and it comes with a paper plate and a plastic to go bowl. There are many kind and nice containers for food. The owner should be considers use those instead. Eating with paper plate and plastic to go bowl makes the food taste even worse!

Ordered to go - medium spice for a pad Thai and a green curry. The pad Thai is flavorful, not bad. My green curry is just spicy slop with no flavor at all other than hot. I love hot stuff but I want a flavor and not just a pain. I would not be able to tell you it was green curry because it had no taste. Pretty disappointing meal for $30 bucks.

My husband also had a very awkward experience picking it up where he was not greeted and completely ignored by the girl at the front. Finally he had to ask if the to go bag was for him.

Can’t comment on the atmosphere because I didn’t go in.

The food was good. But the service wasn't. Wasn't even greated when I came into restaurant. Tried to ask questions about the menu. And was ignored. Maybe with a new employee at front of restaurant I would go back for the food.

Small place. Best for takeout. A few very small places to eat inside. Wide variety of choices. Typical fast food. Would go back.

This place was suggested by the visitor center here in Durango, CO. AMAZING! the egg rolls are probably the best I've personally had! This is the second time I've eaten here in a 3 day span. Not a big place but who cares! Get some good food at a great price! I'll be here again before I leave. They do cater to food allergies, just ask!

I am extremely disappointed in my chicken Pad Thai! I was so excited for this dish! I got it to go, got home and the chicken was tougher then jerky and most of my noodles were not cooked and they were clumped together. I couldn't chew any of my food!

For me, I got stabbed by one of 5 open staples struggling to keep the bag together. I guess they don’t use plastic anymore. I enjoy the food but dang. Be aware, I done got cut up. Hope the food is as spicy as that puncture wound. Take heed y’all.

We ordered 2 meals- Pad Thai and Drunken Noodles, not spicy. Both dishes were such that we didn’t even recognize what they were. Neither dish should have had thin noodles. We’ve traveled to Thailand many times, have eaten Thai food for over 30 yrs and we would not return here. One dish was full of red pepper flakes, such that our lips were burning.

If I could give this place zero stars, then I would. We ordered fried rice and pad thai. The pad thai came out really watery and had no flavor. The rice also did not have flavor.
