Great meal. Loved the egg rolls which came out piping hot. I enjoyed my shrimp “spaghetti” but over estimated my heat tolerance. I would recommend ordering less heat as I can usually tolerate medium heat. Excellent and attentive staff. Small space but I enjoyed the decor.
In Durango for the train ride and chose this place because it was not a typical burger/bar joint. It’s a small place with only a few seats, so it’s probably made more for carry out. I ordered Massaman Curry - no onion. My husband ordered Pad Thai. My curry was completely without any seasoning at all. I had ordered mild, but had no idea that not even salt was included. Every Thai restaurant have ever eaten in has a little spice even with mild seasoning. The chicken was tender, but also tasteless. My husband’s Pad Thai was flavorful, although pretty soupy. But the chicken was tough and chewy. I was pretty disappointed but it makes me appreciate my local Thai restaurant. The gal at the counter was very sweet and gave excellent service. Just really did not like the food.
Top quality legitimate Thai cuisine. Spice scale is weighted towards real Thai, so gringos should go down a notch.
The staff was nice. Didn’t take long to get food but the food just didn’t have as much flavor as I would have liked. Across multiple meals that was the case.
Absolutely amazing food, great team love them forever and ever. The pad Thai here is killer
Good Thai food but maybe not the best in town
Stopped while driving through
Amazing food
Fair price
Kind to us
Perfect small little restaurant for personal dinning. Delicious authentic food.
Long story short- order the Guay Tiaw Noodle Soup. It’s the best.
I have avoided rating this place up to now, because despite my effort, I am usually disappointed. Compared to most this place is dry and flavorless with too many dishes. Ordered medium spice on fried rice and various noodle dishes- and all I could taste was the spice without flavor. Maybe it’s a low sodium thing, but personal opinion - I should not have to put excessive soy sauce to get food to be flavorful and less dry. However I love the staff and this is the only Thai food on door dash so they kept me as a customer and I kept them a mediocre option. Until one day I tried the Guay Tiaw medium spice and I was so impressed with it. Medium packs a punch but at the time I was sick and loved the burn. It’s flavorful and filling and although I prefer my toppings separate for takeout, it’s just so yummy I wouldn’t change a thing. It’s the one dish that brings them up from a three star establishment IMO.
Also- this is not a great location for atmosphere, that’s not the restaurants fault just layout.

This restaurant is located steps outside the train depot in Durango. It is small with a counter, a couple of small indoor tables, and a few outdoor tables. We had simple stir fried chicken dishes and they were delicious. The service was fast and friendly and the prices were very reasonable for this area. We both ate and had leftovers to take home for about $30. I highly recommend them!

I'm a doordash driver and have had many kinds of food in my car. I actually got physically sick and vomited multiple times from the smell of the food.

Food is always good, and they have great gluten free options. My favorite is the #2 GF with chicken.

The food was terrible, flavorless. There was a very long wait time even though we called way ahead of time.

The best for Thai in Durango. Not for the faint of heart as far as spice level is concerned.
Dietary restrictions: I am celiac, and they have several gluten free options are concerned.

Sizzling Siam has been a family go-to for years, but the past few times we have ordered from them has been disheartening. This is a pic of a $15 portion of chicken fried rice, which is far smaller than it has been prior to 2024.
