Apparently a BACON double CHEESEburger doesn't come with bacon or cheese. Or tomato. Or onion.

And they don't answer their phone.

And Corp offers like half the price of the burger when told it had less than half of the ingredients.

Don't come here unless you have time to waste. My lord, everytime we have this issue. 10 minutes for two drinks. 15 minute wait for a coney hot dog. The first time, I get it, but the 8th time, and its everytime? Come on guys.

Every time I come through here, the food and service are amazing. Their carhop/drive-thru worker, Lily, never fails to deliver the best customer experience, and the food is always top tier. I've been coming here consistently over the last year and a half for a reason

I hope the Sonic Franchise in Kayenta Arizona buys out cortez and durango sonics.
So many problems with both locations it is amazing they are even profitable
They Messed up multiple orders of mine and im tired of sonic not accepting responsibility.
The owners of both of these sonics should be embarrassed and quite frankly should not deserve to be working in fast food industry. And people wonder why everyone else like mum and pop shops hate these multinational conglomerates. It's because they create a very bad reputations for the food industry

Given this was 30 minutes before closing we understand the stress of having last minute orders, but we ordered a number two, a couple cheeseburgers, onion rings mozzarella stick, and a couple drinks, the server was flirting with a co-worker and not even paying attention to our food, she forgot my girlfriend's drink and onion rings. Will not be coming back.

Don't know who is making drinks today, but get it together SONIC!!!! I should never have to have my drink remade 3 times and still not leave with a fruited dragon slush. It's one of your own drinks, it's not like I made it up. Teach your employees how to make your own signature drinks. I mean how could you order a slush and get a soda with ice???? Not even close!!

It is bad enough to pay almost $9 for a burger but to drive home and discover I didn't get the burger I ordered, no burger at all. When going thru the drive thru, always check your order, no matter how busy they are!
