Couple times a week I get a breakfast burrito and I gotta say there’s a guy at the window named Don that is always 100% positive, happy, exuberant, fired up and I cannot help but appreciate and enjoy his attitude. Keep it up dude!!!

Worst service of any Sonic or fast food places really anywhere. Five workers and no one taking orders at drive ins. I decided to go through the drive-through after a few vehicles went through. Finally got service, and they still got my order wrong than forgot my drink until having to remind them.

Noticed my shake was like water told worker Denver and he said sighed and said it was the machine. Felt bad so just kept it and come to find out both my shakes were missing a cherry and mine didn’t have any cheesecake in it.

They sold me a sprite with some strawberries and lime wedges as a limeade. When I asked them to make it without sprite they said that throwing two lime wedges in a sprite is their new limeade recipe. Just say you're out of limeade...

Hadn’t been here in a bit due to several orders in a row being wrong. I come back and the entire food order was wrong, wrong side, wrong main, topping were also wrong. Late for my exam, thanks sonic

Today (9/28/24) I ordered a foot long cony with onions, 5 piece chicken tender meal, 2 bacon burgers and a medium mozzarella sticks. There was no onions on the cony, the fries were cold and tasted like they had been sitting for a while, I only received 3/5 of my chicken tenders and the cheese in my Mozzarella were cold and the breading tasted almost tacky and old. The service was very fast but I would prefer fresh food and my order correct than such quick service. I also asked for my Receipt and my server never came back out to give me my receipt.

Wanted to share a picture here, went to Sonic about 8pm last night. Got a few burger some tots and chili chz tots and my bf has a Coney dog. The tots were almost a greyish black color! And looked so dry and old on all the tots and my bfs hot dog looked greyish. So gross threw it all out but did eat a few tots in the ride and now I'm stuck to the toilet this morning ??
