The store should not put unqualified people in the Starbucks area alone. Messed up my order twice and was going for a 3rd attempt a a basic order. This was after waiting 26 minutes for him to even start my mobile order while he prepared other people's orders that came in way after me. I finally just left. Then had to spend 20 more minutes on the phone with Starbucks to gety refund..

Shorted me $2 worth of drink and looked me in the eyes and said it doesn’t get that, looked at the menu picture, with cold foam on it, doubled down and said no you don’t get that. After being asked a third time, tripled down and said yes I’m sure. Walked out because I’m not gonna argue with someone that doesn’t know Starbucks standard

All I wanted was a shaken espresso with light ice so it doesn’t taste like water after 5min. The lady with the orange hair made a big deal about how I wouldn’t be getting a lot of product if I ordered it like that. I have never had this issue at any other Starbucks location. She ruined it for me and I ended up not getting a drink.

The person who took our order was very rude and had an attitude taking our order. When we got our drinks 10 minutes later another worker got mad at my girl for asking for a different lid. I get if you hate your job but they were very unpleasant and unprofessional. I would be disgusted if theses people thought they deserved a union.

I know it’s called a shaken espresso but mine was a frothy mess and nothing but bubbles. Maybe like 1/4 of it was actual liquid. I got like three sips out of it. This has happened twice at this location now. Definitely disappointed for the price I paid for those drinks. Don’t go here, you’d be better off at the Starbucks down the street near subway. Never had an issue there.

The service was absolutely terrible! The lady who took our order was VERY rude, and the drinks had no flavor. My little sister asked for a frappe with NO espresso and they put espresso in it. Will not return! Very disappointed!!! ☹️ Definitely super overpriced for the quality!!

These folks might hate their job and serving other people more than they do at Natural Grocers.And no water, here.Won't give it away, nor sell it. Not a tall for 25 cents of a venti for $4. Nope. And if you tell them you are thirsty, they will just tell you to leave, in full throttle threat to call the cops.Starbucks Karens..This is why Durango is broken. Durango does not have colorblind water. This is the only Starbucks in the country without water for their customers... (Yeah Kroeger ?)
