The first time someone doesn’t know how to make a gingerbread chai, didn’t get it with foam! Nobody greeted me when I was standing there, just a glare from one of the girls working there, maybe she was a guy but nobody greeted me 🤷🏻♀️

Scammed. Ordered their largest size then it was filled half way. Didn’t notice until I went to take a drink and had to have it perpendicular to the ground to get anything. Horrible place.

AJ was a great barista and gave great service! Made my dad and my drink a good treat after our family's long road trip over the weekend! Broke my straw and she was kind enough to hand out another. She was awesome!

Trey the guy who works there is always so nice to me and my mom he goes above and beyond to make sure that he gives us and our dogs the best service that he can, he makes us feel like family when we go there, he is a very good person and very kind and our dogs love him. We need more people like him thank you for your service.

The manager is completely rude and does not care about customer service. The couple times I’ve been in and they are too busy cleaning to help. They wait in an employee to hurry up and get to the customers. They also don’t participate with the Starbucks coupons. They have to be Albertsons coupons only.
