Trey the guy who works there is always so nice to me and my mom he goes above and beyond to make sure that he gives us and our dogs the best service that he can, he makes us feel like family when we go there, he is a very good person and very kind and our dogs love him. We need more people like him thank you for your service.

The manager is completely rude and does not care about customer service. The couple times I’ve been in and they are too busy cleaning to help. They wait in an employee to hurry up and get to the customers. They also don’t participate with the Starbucks coupons. They have to be Albertsons coupons only.

I love their sandwiches and normally they get my order correct...no cheese, but this time both sandwiches had cheese...urgh.I think the best Starbucks is the one inside City Market around collge road. They seem to be vwry consistent with the way they make my drink order every time!!!
