Came in for 1 sandwich that I ordered online. Thought there was only 1 sandwich maker. That's fine, I was waiting while he was also doing other orders. Then, 2 more workers appeared out the back. 1 just started stocking the chips while the other just went back to the back somewhere. The other 2 completely ignored that there were SEVERAL online orders to make, a couple doordashers waiting, and a couple customers in line waiting. Shame that the other 2 were too lazy to help their co-worker. Colin did an outstanding job making all the orders himself and being nice to the customers. It's sad that the shift manager Ronald didn't even help his team!! Not surprised the management at this subway STILL sucks! ?

Worst Subway I have ever been to. Staff frequently looks haggard. Tried to get a refund for the completely different sandwiches than what I ordered and was told by the manager “Either we can remake your sandwiches or you can leave. That’s it.” This is the 4th time this location has completely messed up my order, and when I communicated that- instead of owning up to it, the manager said “Then why do you keep coming in here?” Good question. I won’t be patronizing this or any other Subway again.

Bread was dry and found lint in my sandwich. The short old guy with glasses who looks like he is homeless, was extremely rude and disrespectful. I believe his name tag said Justin. Had an attitude while making my sandwich, and then proceeds to give me dirty looks while eating so i packed up and left. Will not be going back as long as he is there. Sorry you had a bad day. That does not give you the right to take it out on customers. Even chatted with some other customers about his rude demeanor. They said they also will not be coming back

I am not one to write reviews but we had an exceptionally bad experience

We ordered ahead on the app 3 foot longs and 1 6” sub. Luckily we checked our bag before leaving because they had forgot to give us our 6” sub. When told about the mistake the promptly made it for us.

So be sure to check your orders before leaving.

When we went to eat our sandwiches each one was made in correctly.

The Italian sub was supposed to have extra mayo, extra vinegar and oil and banana peppers other. They had forgot the banana peppers, there wasn’t any mayo or oil and vinegar. Unfortunately we did not have any of those items on hand because we are from out of town. So we ended up not eating that sandwich at all.

We also ordered an oven roasted chicken with 2x pepper jack extra mayo and extra Baja sauce. This sandwich did not have any cheese nor did it have any Baja sauce

Our third footlong did come out correct. However I think it should also be noted that all of our bread was hard and stale and so was the footlong pretzel we ordered.

Morale of the story, find somewhere else to spend your money.

The homosexual guy who wears eye makeup that works there had a very bad attitude. As soon as I walked in he was whining and complaining about stuff. Then he decides to stop working cashier and wanted to put toppings on my sandwich. I asked him to put on clean gloves since I thought he was touching money and what not. Then he gets extremely upset and says he didn't touch money. Well what am I supposed to think. His gloves looked dirty. This guy needs a major attitude adjustment.
