I decided to give this location a try again. I got burnt again. The guy making my salad didn't know the first thing about making salads (according to service at other Subway's). They were out of grilled chicken at around 5pm in the afternoon (I feel like I was lied to). He never asked what type of dressing I wanted and when I asked the cashier for dressing she told me that I needed to have it put on at the time of the vegies and they didn't have any salad dressings in the one time serving bags (again I feel like I was lied to). I won't be returning to this location any time soon.

25 plus years of subway sandwiches always pretty much get the same sandwich and this guy reed made the best sandwich ever was perfect amounts of oil and vinaigrette and oil and extra olives is always a struggle to get not this time the suggested idea for garlic sauce will definitely be tried next time thanks reed will drive across town to get one of your sandwiches

We ordered extra meat. I asked the employee. Is there extra meat? Because the sandwich didn't look right. The employee said yes. We went home, opened the sandwich. There was no extra meat. I placed the order online and the order wasn't ready when I arrived. I was ok to wait but It wasn't OK to pay for something we never received.

Stock your stores! I went in and couldn’t get chips and there was no straws. Staff was friendly but the dude who made my sandwich seemed off he dropped half of it on the ground. It didn’t get cut was pretty sloppy unfortunately.

Wonderful time! The guy serving was having a day but did amazing and gave exceptional service. I was okay being a side quest to his day! Very funny, good music. He doesn't know it but he's basically my bestie now. I sincerely hope that both sides of his pillow are nice and cold. :)

I originally took down my review since the man who answered was very kind and willing to help me. I was sent out with not one but two sandwiches with bread that did not get proofed. It’s literally the size of a hot dog and this sandwich was 17$!!! We live about 20-30 mins out of town and the manager asked we come in to “verify” the bread. Well here is there verification. I’m not wasting the gas to go back just to “verify” the bread. So stupid and arrogant. If your proofer isn’t working then close down or throw away the bread that can’t be used otherwise you end up scamming your customers. Now they can foot the one star and losing a loyal customer. What a waste of time and money.

I frequent this Subway a lot as it is close to my work. The team working at 12:30 on 7/1/2025 was crushing it. Great teamwork and hustle for the busy lunch rush. I appreciate their positive attitudes and efficiency! The man making my sandwich even offered to change his gloves since I was getting a veggie too. Very thoughtful.

This Subway opens at 9AM. We needed to carry some sandwiches with us as we were heading out of town so we arrived an hour after ther were to open so all would go smoothly. We arrived at 10AM and there was a hand written sign on the door which said opens at 11AM. So we headed to the competition which was really a better sandwich.

Placed 2 online orders so I knew my food would be ready. Got there 10 mins after the promised ready time and they hadn’t even started on it. When I told them I had 2 online orders they said they both were not ready. The guy then said we’ll get to it eventually. I told him that’s not the point, I ordered online so I didn’t have to wait. They acted as if I was a total inconvenience to them. I always have this problem with this location and try to give them the benefit of the doubt because I understand it can get busy at times but every single time is just ridiculous. They don’t seem to care either.
