So tired of paying so much when food is crap bread crumbles apart it's totally dried out the tomatoes are mush it doesn't matter what subway I go to but this happens all the time.

Negative stars on this one. Staff not friendly at all. When placing order the “guy” got it wrong and when I the girl working with him that is not what I ordered. She told him it was wrong he said and I quote “ give me a second before I blow up on these people “ I asked what did you say and he would not repeat it. Told him we would go somewhere else and left. I hope a manger reaches out to me and that person fired.

A little disorganized; find online orders behind a column across from the drink station and ask if they forget something like a fork for the salad. Otherwise, good food and service.

They are really struggling at this location. What is the point of making an online order if they don’t have it ready. I made an online order so I wouldn’t have to interact with you…yes I’m annoyed when you ask what I want on it…the ticket is right there….otherwise the new wallpaper and seating looks nice…??‍♂️?

Ordered lunch from the subway App at 11:00 at 12:20 the driver called me and said that the store was closed due to staff shortage had to get on the phone to try and figure it out he called back said he got it transferred to another Subway here in Durango 225 still no food he said that the order got canceled so I tried calling all of the Subways here in Durango and every single one doesn't answer their phone so I just got jipped out of $35 thanks a lot Subway

Something changed at this place for the better! Used to be a total dump with rude employees. Came in today and the people working were the most professional food workers I've probably ever seen. They greeted everyone that came in the door and spoke with such a polite and professional tone. I'm stunned. The dining room was totally clean despite it being busy.Great job, hope others leave similar feedback today.
