Did not want to go into detail with my review until the owner decided to try to slander me. I ate at this food truck when it was parked in Hermosa by the gas station. I had the carne asada street tacos with beans and rice. The beans were thick like peanut butter and the rice was cold. EVERYTHING tasted like fish ! It was the most overpriced nasty meal I've ever had the misfortune of eating.As for your violent allegations I challenge you to find one person I've put my hands on in the last 10 years. I have no restraining orders against me and your response to a bad review is just another reason nobody should ever visit your establishment.

The staff is unbelievably fantastic! This Yelp page has the wrong address, but they stayed open half an hour past closing so that I could get to them. And then they gave me these incredible tacos! I got the battered fish taco and the shrimp taco, and both were mind-blowingly fresh and delicious! Can't recommend this lovely food truck enough!

We landed in Durango, and my wife found Surf 'N Tacos listed. We mistakenly thought it was a sit-down restaurant and were surprised to find a food trailer when we arrived. Turned out to be perfect. It was clean, and the staff was cheerful and efficient. Our lunch was excellent! We called it our 5-star taco trailer at Big Canyon Trailhead. While waiting on our order and watching cyclists and walkers, I resolved to be there before dawn the next morning to beat the heat and the crowds. If I'd had more time, I would have used the trail all morning and ended with another lunch at Surf 'N Tacos, a real gem of a place!
