I ordered the 2 chicken tacos plate. The shredded chicken was mole (red) and it was phenomenal! Beans and rice on the side were fantastic as well.

Well today was expecting table service (like previous restaurant) but not, had to order at counter, menu had no prices, had to break my neck reading prices from menu on the high wall. Table had no place settings and get forks and napkins from the bar. No bartender to order alcohol only soft drinks, it was 1:30p... two margaritas would of been ordered. Fish tacos just okay not much flavor. My chicken tacos were chunky firm and chewy chewy and chewy. BUT the red mole sauce was excellent ! Men's restroom had no paper towels and broken door on stall. Salsa bar very good. As I finished my last bite the bartender arrived...too late. The young man that took our order was friendly.
Total $44 for two two-taco lunches, yikes. Not coming back.
The previous Mexican restaurant Mia Ranchito was 5*.

Haven’t been to this place in a while! I had an appt at Mercy around 5 so I told my husband it was really good,. When we arrived couldn’t find a clean table, no lights on, ordered meals with beans and rice. The boy didn’t tell us there were no beans. Food arrived with 2 servings of rice. Fish fried to a crisp as was the carne asada. Never going back. I know good Mexican food!

I'm generally not a person who usually leaves reviews, but I think this opinion can be helpful. First of all, the food did not seem authentically Mexican. I ordered a hot dog and the sausage was overburned. I also ordered some spices, but they lacked flavor. My daughter ordered some taquitos that, like the rest of the dishes, without flavor. The meat didn’t seem fresh; I’m not sure if it was reheated, but the experience wasn’t pleasant. Unfortunately we left the food and went to Freddy’s and as always delicious. Our visit was on August 31, 2025.
We had an assortment. A veggie egg breakfast burrito, carne Asad plate, and kids bean and cheese burrito. The adult portions were both large and tasty. I think this is the only fresh tortilla sit down resteraunt in Durango? They were amazing. The salsa bar is fun including pickled veg, a creamy hot sauce, and yummy salsa options. We also had the hamaica and split it. I loved it is wasn't surprising sweet. All in all a great place we need to go to more often!

Horrible service. To 30 minutes to get my food and when it came out the order was wrong. They didn’t even try to make it right. And the owner seemed bothered that I asked them to correct it. Avoid this place.
