So glad we tried Taco La Carranza!
This food truck is a hidden gem for authentic Mexican food. The staff is bilingual, which made ordering easy—especially helpful if your Spanish is rusty (luckily my partner is fluent, which they appreciated!).
We had the quesadillas, and wow—possibly the best in town. They tasted just like the street food we loved in Tijuana—fresh, flavorful, and genuinely authentic.
Don’t miss out on this spot if you’re craving real Mexican street food. We’ll definitely be back!

Taco meat was mostly gristle. Beans weren't fully cooked. Cashier wasn't able to say what was in the green chili tacos."I really don't know" and that doesn't seem to bother her at all. Based on the overall five-star rating that everybody else has given I'm curious as to why.
