One of the better restaurants I’ve eaten at in the US. Delicious food and creative presentations. Amazing vegan/veggie options. Quite the surprise. Ignore the bad reviews, likely the kind of people who order brussel sprouts / caprese salad / artichoke dip / Mac n cheese etc at their local brew pub. Unless you like these lame, tired dishes, then yeah, don’t eat here.
I wish I could give atmosphere six out of five stars. We were asked to give a one-word review after our meal and we chose INTERACTIVE. As an industrial designer, I couldn't stop delighting in presentation after fantastical presentation. Pad Thai served in a blue bowl shaped like a hippopotamus's yawning mawl. We dined at The Yellow Carrot for the first time after seeing the dishes online, and it was a remarkable culinary experience. Each dish was a work of art, beautifully plated and expertly prepared. The impeccable service added to the enjoyment, and every dish exceeded our expectations. I look forward to returning on our next trip to Colorado. This restaurant is definitely worth a visit. Well done to the chef!
