the bun was soft and fresh the bark and smoke ring was great, the sauce had a little kick which I enjoyed.

Ribs were not cooked long enough. Beans and rice needed more salt.

we are from Fort Worth, Texas and this has to be some of the best barbecue I’ve had
Definitely try the sample plate so you can try everything. It is worth it. We drove up to Lake City and rode our side-by-side here to Silverton to have a quick bite. Definitely stop by. I recommend it. We left the plates completely empty.

The brisket is really good! I had the brisket sandwich. It came with slightly thicker than pencil width slices. Ask for thinner slices if you prefer it.

Loved this new management/ownership! The BBQ was fantastic! They are very “dog friendly” with bowls of fresh water waiting for your pet at the outdoor tables. So very happy to have had the opportunity to enjoy T’s in beautiful Silverton CO!

Had the brisket platter with beans and a second brisket platter with potatoe salad. Very tasty meal, good size portions. Perfect for a hiking day on the trail.

Hands-down the best BBQ in Colorado!
T’s Smokehouse & Grill blew me away. From the moment I walked in, the smell of smoked meat hit me like a promise—and they absolutely delivered. I had the brisket plate with a side of their house-made beans and coleslaw, and every bite was perfection. The brisket was tender, juicy, and had that perfect bark you only get with real-deal smoking.
The service was warm and fast, and the portions were generous—definitely bring your appetite. The atmosphere was casual and welcoming, with a Southern soul-food vibe that makes you want to stay a while.
I’ve had BBQ all across the U.S., and T’s easily ranks at the top. Whether you’re a local or just passing through Silverton, do not miss this place. A hidden gem in the mountains.

This is hands down the best bbq I've ever had in Silverton. I ordered the brisket sandwich and potato salad, both are awesome! The sandwich juicy and all around perfect, definitely recommend! Fast with service, great atmosphere, and very friendly. For sure will be coming back!!

Best ribs in so, so long. If I could eat them everyday I would.
Maybe I just caught them on a bad day, but the red beans and rice was pretty bland, the bean to rice ratio was wayyyyy off. I love beans, but it was like nearly all beans with the almost no rice.
Stopped here on our trip to Silverton. Food was good, and the atmosphere was rustic.

We enjoyed eating lunch here after our 3 hour train ride from Durango… indoor and outdoor dining, service was excellent, as well as pulled pork, coleslaw and buttery toast!
