I left disappointed this morning before work. Food was cold and I asked for extra gravy for my biscuits and gravy . When I opened it, there was barely anything on it and I was charged for the extra gravy . Dont charge people for something if they can’t get what they paid for

Terrible service. Got biscuits and gravy and it was completely cold. Don’t expect food to be fresh or on time especially if you have to get kids to school. Chicken sandwich’s are also hit or miss.

I wish I could say they had horrible customer service, but that would be saying that they have customer service. This place has none. I don't think anyone even works there, 5 minutes of saying "hello" and nothing.

DoorDashed a taco salad and all they sent was the salad and 1/4 cup of chili no dressing or the tortilla chips or silverware and it had rotten tomatoes. Was nasty and I called back to back and no one ever answered.

Came in for lunch and I’m not sure if Mr wade was new but or not so I don’t wanna be too harsh but man absolutely the worst customer service I’ve ever seen and the food wasn’t great every other time I’ve came here it’s been pretty good not sure what happend though

This place is garbage. I feel like every time I come here I am incredibly disappointed. Wrong food every single time. When they do get it right its still wrong. I got my sandwich that i ordered tonight but it had a sickly peice of chicken and a flake of lettuce. Does this location on hire mentaly handicapped? Hoestly? I can't come to any other conclusions.
DO NOT EAT AT THIS RESTAURANT!!!!!

Someone hit and run our car in parking lot. Managers refused to view their security cameras after repeated visits. Front service person was not a friendly greeting person and this restaurant obviously is short staffed with rude managers and staff. Won't return.

Horrible customer service, kicked everyone out of the restaurant even people eating and waiting to order. Update here, Wendy's was one of the only things available late at night so I drove through there with a friend and one of their employees stole my debit card information My bank was able to confirm this.

Turned away for free breakfast combo on veterans day ..my wife and I are both veterans went in to durango location to inquire about the free breakfast combo on veterans day...the employee said he didn't know what we were talking about and would have to call manager when he got a chance as he disappeared in to the back leaving us at the counter never coming back. Not very good optics turning away veterans on veterans day when its advertised on Wendy's website.
