I really dont like wendys usually but this location rocks! Every time I go to a wendys they either have awful customer service or they mess up my order or unfortunately both not this one. They were very helpful very nice and my order was made perfectly I really appreciated the staff.

This was the second time, we were very disapppointed. First time, we had to repeat everything twice and she was kind of rude. This time, we didn't even get to order, because after waiting and waiting, a guy walked like a sloth to the sink to wash his hands. He looked like he just came from a mechanic shop. Dirty, greasy, his pants down, so we got the chance to see his undies. That was it for us! This place needs new managment.

I went through the drive-thru. I ordered a Taco salad. The salad itself was pretty good, the tortilla chips had a good flavor, as well. I am afraid that the chili was pretty bad, I could not eat it. It was not old or anything, but it was definitely not my thing!

Ordered ahead in hopes I'd get my food and go. Not the case. Cashier was on the phone for his spare tire talking to his mom at the same time rather then help customers. **spent my whole lunch break here waiting for my food, I ordered ahead on😒

Terrible. Just terrible. Should have read the reviews first. Came on a Sunday morning at 9 :00 for breakfast. Nobody there at all. Still took over 25 minutes to order and get the food. Then one off the sandwiches was wrong.

We both ordered the spicy chicken sandwich combos. They were really tasty. Afterward we got chocolate frostys since it was a hot day. Only problem was ir was not busy and there were no clean tables. The lady who got our was friendly. She had a little bit of blue colored in to some of her hair but I forgot her name.
Worst Wendy's food of our lives. We love Wendy's. Our burgers were both so burnt that they were like charcoal. The first person to come to the counter said Sorry I don't know how to use the computer. Once we finally ordered and got our food we could not find anyone behind the counter again to return it. Stay clear of this Wendy's location.

This is by far the worst Wendy’s I’ve been to in the United States. Not only does this Wendy’s not care about the quality of their food, their employees don’t care about much of anything. I had to wait to pull up to the actual drive-through window because they had a homeless family at the window when I arrived, which I was sympathetic about. But then when I got my food and everything was ice cold and the order was made incorrectly, I turned around and returned only to have them tell me they couldn’t make my order correctly because they were out of tomatoes. That would have been fine, but they said they were remaking my order with hot food. I got back the same order of cold food, two cold burgers and ice cold fries. I am simply in awe at the lack of caring of this Wendy’s. The girl at the window was doing her best and I could tell she had very little support from any management or other employees. I’m appalled. I spent over $14.00 for my meal. I should have just given the money to the homeless family. I hope they at least got hot food. I may go back tomorrow to speak to management but I won’t be returning for their food. Awful, awful awful. Pathetic. I can only imagine that if their service is that bad on any given night, when they weren’t even busy, that their management probably is just as bad so maybe I’ll have to go see if I can find a corporate number to call. I’m delusional right? No such thing as customer service in America anymore. I guess this is tRump’s Great America now eh?

I left disappointed this morning before work. Food was cold and I asked for extra gravy for my biscuits and gravy . When I opened it, there was barely anything on it and I was charged for the extra gravy . Dont charge people for something if they can’t get what they paid for

Terrible service. Got biscuits and gravy and it was completely cold. Don’t expect food to be fresh or on time especially if you have to get kids to school. Chicken sandwich’s are also hit or miss.
