Walked in at 10:34, were looked at by 3 different employees over the course of 5 minutes, no one acknowledged or said anything to us, they started to take care of someone that just got to the drive up so we left.

The girl behind the counter was nice.We visited Saturday afternoon.The place was empty.Immediately I felt the sticky floor under my shoes.Lobby tables definitely needed attention.We ordered,soda machine was all out of options.When we got our food the fries where cold not even warm.The burger “Baconator” was dried out and hard bacon.I did not bring this to the staffs attention because I didn’t want to be a “Karen”.The staff that was visible by the fry station where on their phones .I would imagine that is unsanitary.My husband and I just kinda chuckled and agreed we would not be back.It was extremely bad food A Gas station hamburger would had been better.Someone needs to get on quality control ASAP.

The Wendy’s is Durango is gross. The roof is leaking and I can visibly see mold growing at the ceiling near the counter, the coke free style machine doesn’t work and the fries were cold. This is an obvious situation where the Owner doesn’t care about their property or business.

I have to say that Wendy's has some scrumptious salads. I'm, as of late, attempting to eat healthier so I grabbed their Cobb salad and it contained so many delightful ingredients it was very satisfying. In the summer I LOVE their strawberry salad, but you've got to get there early as they run out of them here in Durango, CO.
Fast run through the drive-through. Exceptional service!

Sorry it was so busy right after I pulled up, you were having a heck of a time keeping up with all the people coming up through the drive thru. Thank you for the delicious queso fries and strawberry lemonade! I'll definitely be going back for more!!

Meh. Road trip. Burgers were pre-cooked, tasteless. Bathrooms were messy, toilet a mess, smelly. Should have been our first clue, plus very few customers. Question whether to try any Wendy's again. Haven't gotten sick yet. Ugh.
