Had lunch there today and was pretty disappointed. Server never asked if we wanted anything to drink, went to bar to get a refill of water and asked for aioli on side and it came on the sandwich. I told our server and she said sorry and that was it. Won't be going back.
Stopped in for lunch; we had pizza and it was really good, thin crust like we like it. When we arrived there was no staff available so we sat ourselves. The room was too cold, almost to the point of needing a jacket. Service was weak- one of the two staff clearly did not want to be there and it showed. I would go back for the food, but service and temperature need to be addressed for me to go back more than once.
I rarely ever leave reviews, although my outstanding experience at Capitol Public House (CPH) in Eagle, CO, definitely deserves some feedback. I've dined at CPH a number of times. Growing up working and enjoying restaurants, I know the importance of a positive first impression that carries throughout the entire dining experience. Every time I come in, I am met with a personable, friendly, and knowledgeable employee, willing and able to suggest anything to tickle my fancy...
