Ambience was great and the service was great! Likes all the dishes. The salad could have been a little subtle - the flavor felt a little too intense for our liking.
I was not expecting this restaurant to be this amazing. We were just astounded about the combination of flavors and textures, the diversity of ingredients is incredible and the result is an explosion or aromas flavors and textures difficult to describe. A gem in eagle Colorado.
Wild Sage is one of those places that reminds me why I would rather eat at a good local restaurant than a chain almost any day of the week. Five stars.
