While staying for 10 days near eagle, we came to Color 4 times. That’s how amazing it is! From the amazing coffee that’s not overly sweetened, to amazing sourdough, and the yummy pastries and breakfast sammies, you literally cannot find a bad thing here. An added bonus, they treat you so kindly and had an overall welcoming atmosphere. We will return next time we are here!

Customer service wasn’t very delightful. Waited 15 mins for a flavor-less chai and a messy avocado toast. $15 for those items is extremely expensive especially for the quality of the food. The avocado toast was literally thrown to be as if they were annoyed to serve me. First time and last time coming here. Wouldn’t recommend.

Came here as google shows it’s open to 7pm and we arrived at 6 pm to be told they were closed. Now I know businesses keep up with their online reviews so the inconsistent time of closing should have been already updated so customers are not driving to a shop that is closed at an earlier time then reported online.

I was looking for a specific bag of coffee and noticed it wasn’t on the shelf. I went up to Charlie while he was checking the inventory on the coffee shelf to see if they had any left. He mentioned they had some in the back and he would gladly fill up a bag for me. He was clearly busy and I appreciate him taking a couple minutes to fill a special request. The little things like this go a long way and I will continue to support this business. Not to mention they do great job selecting and roasting their beans. One of the best roasters in the state.
This place has changed so much :( Used to be one of my favs. Now, the baristas are all mediocre and the service is incredibly slow. Makes me so sad. Bring old Color back!

I’ve been here two days in a row. Both times, different individuals working, I had a flat face no hello. Feels a little strange to start an order. The first day, the person forgot a crossaint. I went back to the counter about ten minutes after ordering. He stared at the espresso machine, didn’t acknowledge me. When he finally finished, his response to me was a sullen, “need something.” Shocked. I told him he’d forgotten my crossaint. His demeanor when he realized he made a mistake was better but still not that pleasant. I ordered a mocha both days, and despite it being two different people, all I taste is milk. My friend thought I ordered a latte the first day. Overall, I wouldn’t bother going out of the center of Eagle for this place. I can’t recommend the service, the coffee, or even the pastry.
