The coffee and staff were average Starbucks, if inhibited in their delivery by popularity (long lines) and small facility-- it's a kiosk inside City Market. City Market is part of the Kroger monopoly of grocers.This means the outdoor patio is not really accessible by the Starbucks kiosk, and was pretty dirty on the patio and very disorganized. They don't want you there.There is no drive through. There is no direct entrance, you must slog through City Market to get to it, then wait in line-- at least I did. The staff are nice and are working under clearly harrowing circumstances. Kudos to them.There are lots of other coffee shops in the area, but for a traveler on Interstate 70, they're not easy to find as you're driving and therefore get passed by. That's a shame.

Ordered a drink I always get at different Starbucks and they are always good. This one tasted horrible. Not sure if the person who made it knew what they were doing.
Ok first they have the sign to the opposite direction on the exit from I70than I was really hoping to get a strawberries and cream.But surprise surprise when we got here they said no Frappuccino can be made not sure if that was because they didn't want to wash dishes or something else.But hey how can you have a Starbucks open and be limited on your products.

Starbucks in Eagle (located inside City Market) has repeatedly refused our tax exemption. Please purchase coffee and cafe snacks for school functions from other vendors in the valley.
