We dined outside on a pleasant day, which made for a nice experience as we could also watch the weekend tournament nearby. Service was excellent—our server took the time to answer our questions and explain the menu. However, the food itself didn’t quite live up to expectations. The so-called “dip” turned out to be more like a Philly cheesesteak without the green peppers, and the kid’s fruit cup was disappointing, consisting of nothing more than a store-bought skinless mandarin cup. Overall, while the service and atmosphere were very good, the food left us feeling a bit let down compared to what we anticipated.

I still give McCarty's 5 stars in all 3 classes, even though I had a bad experience in getting my take out order in a timely fashion, and my food portions were not to par. No pun intended. All I can say was they were really busy, and I completely understand that at times things do not go as planned. Deanna, who is the manager, went above and beyond to make my experience this time not as bad as it really was. She is a true professional, and I feel that she needs to be commended for her urgency to make things right. She is definitely worthy of getting credit for being a manager who cares about her clientele. This is the 1st time I have ever been disappointed in visiting McCarty's, but I will always be a faithful patron. The food is always on point in taste, which definitely counts in being a well established, good restaurant. Thank you, Deanna, for being empathetic to my situation and for being such a professional in your field. GOD bless you.

Waited over a hour for our food. Waitress got order wrong. Got chicken fried chicken and had ordered chicken fried steak
Daughter hamburger was raw and she ordered well done.
No compensation whatsoever . Manager did nothing to make it right. Worst service!!!

We've lived in Eaton for over a year know and have been wanting to try this place. We made reservations for father's day and we were not disappointed at all. Service was very friendly and very fast. Food was so delicious and at super reasonable prices. I highly recommend the Irish egg rolls. So good. We will for sure be back and become regulars. Thank you McCartys!!!! 11 stars

Love this place it is such a jem. Classy but still country and home like. 1st place we pick when we have a family affair or can't decide on supper.

Best place to eat in Eaton. The salad bar was great but the plates are tiny. Steak w a s great. Sides perfect. It was super busy. A wait lust on a Tuesday night. Its so good that people wait.

We just had my mom’s 90 Birthday Party. McCarty’s went above and beyond what I expected. The food was delicious, Riley was our server for the party she kept everyone happy with drinks and quality service and was such a pleasant young lady. The cost was affordable and communication wonderful. I highly recommend them for your party venue, or just a dinner out. Thank you so much for making this Birthday so wonderful.

Always a fun place to eat, service is great and Wed night is kids eat free!
