It’s unfortunate that the Greeley location was shut down. Since then, we’ve made the commute to either Ault or Loveland. However, after this visit, we will no longer be returning to the Ault location and will gladly drive to Loveland instead.
We were the only customers in the drive-thru and placed our order at the speaker, as intended. Despite this, on 9/9/2025, the employee working allowed a woman with her son to walk up to the window, place a very large order of coffees and food, and then wait there until everything was completed—before our order was even processed.
Having worked in fast food myself, I understand busy or unexpected situations, but I would never have allowed someone to bypass the proper order process at the expense of a paying drive-thru customer. This was absolutely unacceptable and resulted in an overall very poor experience at this location. Truly disappointing.

This is my favorite drive through coffee shop. The coffee is smooth and has rich flavor. The best part is it is served by wonderful staff with big smiles and authentic care for the customer.

I go here a lot.. but whoever the girl with glasses working the window on Saturday Aug 23rd at 10:30 should not be there. I asked to do two separate orders.. and then she charged them both on the first card I handed her.. like why would I get separate orders just to pay on the same card? Then she was rude when I asked her about it. She didn’t mark any of the drinks, which ALL look the same, only gave us 2 straws when we had 4 drinks, then has a totally shitty attitude.. told her thank you and she said nothing, no “have a good day” nothing.. get rid of her

I love coming to this Scooters! The baristas and manager are amazing! The maple waffle sandwich is so delicious! Their new strawberry flavor is amazing in an infusion, If you haven’t tried it, run right now!!
Such amazing owners and management!! The employees are sweet and obviously love their job! The redbull infusions are amazing and I love the new XL size! Definitely recommend!

Scooters Coffee! What a crappy place to try and get coffee when it’s 30 minutes to closing time. This has happened to us before. Why do you say you’re open until 7 pm if you’re telling everyone that drives up that you’re closed!!?? If you don’t have the kind of personnel the want to keep serving till closing time, then maybe you need to look at these people that work there who don’t like to work till closing time. Makes me wonder how many customers they lost by doing this. We NEVER HAVE THIS PROBLEM AT ZIGGY’S!!
