This is my favorite drive through coffee shop. The coffee is smooth and has rich flavor. The best part is it is served by wonderful staff with big smiles and authentic care for the customer.

I go here a lot.. but whoever the girl with glasses working the window on Saturday Aug 23rd at 10:30 should not be there. I asked to do two separate orders.. and then she charged them both on the first card I handed her.. like why would I get separate orders just to pay on the same card? Then she was rude when I asked her about it. She didn’t mark any of the drinks, which ALL look the same, only gave us 2 straws when we had 4 drinks, then has a totally shitty attitude.. told her thank you and she said nothing, no “have a good day” nothing.. get rid of her

I love coming to this Scooters! The baristas and manager are amazing! The maple waffle sandwich is so delicious! Their new strawberry flavor is amazing in an infusion, If you haven’t tried it, run right now!!

The worst place to get coffee from. The manager has such a bad attitude and such a bad manners.
Scooters Coffee! What a crappy place to try and get coffee when it’s 30 minutes to closing time. This has happened to us before. Why do you say you’re open until 7 pm if you’re telling everyone that drives up that you’re closed!!?? If you don’t have the kind of personnel the want to keep serving till closing time, then maybe you need to look at these people that work there who don’t like to work till closing time. Makes me wonder how many customers they lost by doing this. We NEVER HAVE THIS PROBLEM AT ZIGGY’S!!

Hours are posted open till 7pm. Went to the drive through at about 6:30 pm on a Friday. Pulled up to the speaker, recording said they were closed. Proceeded around the building and had to wait behind a vehicle being served (while they were closed?). As we drove by the window, we heard someone yell out the window that they were open. We did not stop. We tried to call to find out why the speaker said they were closed, but only reached the message that voicemail was full. Absolutely poorest customer service and we won’t return. (This is not the first time they have said they are closed before closing time)

I love Scooter’s! The service is always fast and friendly. I want to give 5 stars, but today I received an egg bite that was still frozen in the middle. I tried to contact the store to let them know their oven may not be working, but I have no idea of the number is actually theirs. The Scooter’s website just asks in general questions about your experience. I’ll go back, but I won’t be ordering food again for a long time.

I LOVE scooters! And the last time I was in Omaha I had an incredible breakfast burrito at an Omaha location. Passing through Eaton I was so excited to get one and was so disappointed. There was hardly any filling and the burrito was only as long as the salsa packet that came with it which honestly was comical. The coffee was great tho!
