Growing up in Kansas city the bar is set high and in Colorado most BBQ places fall short, there brisket and smoked meats are done quite well!! It's not cheap and you might have to wait 20 minutes but for quality BBQ that's a good sign. Great place for a small Ne Colorado agriculture community. Definitely recommend!
Spoke with both Les and his son Brantley who own the place. Really good food and great service! Grace was quick with service and very polite. If you haven’t given this place a try yet I highly recommend you do!

The only bad thing is they run out of food. But that's because it's delicious!I had KC smokehouse fries. The description sounds like "a lot" of flavors but they work! Each bite was delightful!I also had the 2 meat platter with brisket and kielbasa sausage. Both meats were fantastic! Tender, juicy and flavorful!Sadly my 2 sides were missing.
