The only bad thing is they run out of food. But that's because it's delicious!I had KC smokehouse fries. The description sounds like "a lot" of flavors but they work! Each bite was delightful!I also had the 2 meat platter with brisket and kielbasa sausage. Both meats were fantastic! Tender, juicy and flavorful!Sadly my 2 sides were missing. However, they made it right quickly. I'll be going back #1 because I REALLY want those sides and because it was delicious. The Coke was carbonated and tasty.The customer service was fast and friendly :)
Growing up in Kansas city the bar is set high and in Colorado most BBQ places fall short, there brisket and smoked meats are done quite well!! It's not cheap and you might have to wait 20 minutes but for quality BBQ that's a good sign. Great place for a small Ne Colorado agriculture community. Definitely recommend!

The brisket is literally the best brisket I've ever had. The brisket fries are a regular favorite. They are smothered in creamy cheese sauce and beans. SOOOO good. You can't go wrong. My only suggestion is an update to the mac and cheese (maybe smoked mac and cheese?! ;) )
Ribs are the best I’ve had in a restaurant in a long time, also recommend the Hatch Green Chili sausage. The potato salad was good but not great and the okra was also good. Fresh iced tea would be a nice upgrade. Definitely happy to finally have an awesome bbq joint in northern Colorado!

Poor service, we went in to grab dinner with some friends we ordered drinks and they never came. We would look over at the bar periodically to see if our drinks were being prepared but unfortunately small talk was the priority. We were told the drinks would be removed from the bill and when the time to pay came we were still being charged for the drinks we haven't recieved, they made the correction once we brought it to their attention... again. Poor experience overall.
