Was very nice experience! Impressed with the young men both working together and the entire place was exceptionally clean

The post review is contradicting. If u click on the last star it lights up all stars. However this is the worst subway I have ever ordered from. The store is un stocked. The pop machine looks like a homeless camp and the product sucks. My dogs didn't even eat it. I ended up paying for my order and went to McDonald's. Maybe
someone needs to over see how the store is being run and make it right. I'm going drop half my chicken sub off in the morning and I'd like management to inspect and verify that the chicken is rawe.
Ordered online. Said to pick up at 6:05. Went in a 6:15. Subs weren't made. Didn't have the bread and were completely out of cheese. Took 15 minutes to make the food and didn't even know how to refund my money. I'd like a refund.

I ordered a Turkey Titan with only spinach, green peppers, pickles, cucumber, onions, American cheese, bacon, salt, pepper, V/O, oregano, and toasted bread. I ordered at the kiosk, and it was busy. The kids did a great job keeping up and treating everyone politely and with a smile. When I got home to eat it I was disappointed to find that my sandwich did not have the extra turkey. Instead, it had turkey and ham. It had all of the veggies that I requested, but it also had lettuce, tomato, and mayo on it.I cannot eat mayo, so I had to give my sandwich to someone else and go without. Just a reminder to not be in a hurry and always check your sandwich before you leave.
The young man serving us was very busy and working very hard. He was extremely polite. Keep up the good work!
Last two times we have gone the bread is dry, hard, crumbly and old!
It’s ruined the sandwiches.The service was okay, they are young so I am trying to give them grace but the place is empty, it’s dirty and the employees can’t give you a bag for 4 sandwiches. Not going back again. The computer screens are stupid too. What happened to customer care and service. The computer takes that away.
Me and my daughter did an online order and went to pick it up and our order wasn't even ready. The guy barely starting making them when we got there. There was no chips stocked on the shelf. The soda cooler was empty. The place was dirty. So why order online if the order isn't going to be ready when you get there. Very disappointed
Only thing that is good is the food IF they have all the ingredients. The customer service sucks and 9 times out of 10 they don’t have the stuff they need to make the sandwiches.
Out of several different meats. We placed our order and a group of people came in after us and ordered they were served first. Will not return to the store.

First they were basically out of EVERYTHING we wanted, they said they “had enough roast beef for one sandwich” but there was literally NO MEAT besides the like crumbs of the bottom of the pan. They had no veggies basically either. No sodas/drinks. Gave us wrong bread when they ran out of others without asking a perfrance of bread. Then to top it off their service was TERRIBLE. Employees were rude and very short tempered with us and did not seem to care about the fact we were unhappy with our service.
And now they are saying they will no longer serve us food because we have been RESPECTFULLY warning other customers they are out of food so they didn’t they waste their time trying to order like we did…..

Me and my boyfriend showed up around 840 pm. We went their last week and their like was almost completely empty so out of curiosity I asked about it and the little curly head girl said, "once it gets close to closing time we start putting stuff away" which I though was weird. I made my own sandwich and my bf got the #24. His was so sloppy and messy and mine was just so full of lettuce I should've just asked for a salad. When we closed out our total came around $23 and we handed them $25. The curly head girl stated that they were out of ones and if we were ok with only getting 83 cents back. Speechless we just nodded. Not to mention their was no ice for our drinks. Rather go to the one Ault at this point.

Ordered a sandwich with double meat and cheese and got maybe half the regular amount of meat and a ton of lettuce on a peice of bread so dry it could habe passed as a crouton. The kids working seemed annoyed to be bothered by a customer even though the store was empty. Overall a pretty bad experience probably should not leave the high school kids unattended if you are not going to train them better.

Whew, boy. I’m not usually one to write reviews but this was just disappointing. To the point that I truly believe I deserve a refund. I did an online order in the app, and got the Subway series Cheesy Garlic Steak sub. While it smelled delicious on my drive home from Eaton to Ault, I got home and was ultimately disappointed. There’s barely any meat on this sub, and I’ve never had a sub feel and look sooooo skinny before. If I just paid 14 dollars for a sub, I expect it to be filled with meat, cheese and veggies. I ordered the sub EXACTLY as it’s supposed to be made, and only changed my bread. I drove 10 min out of town for a 14 dollar sub to look like it got ran over?😂 wow, I’m just so annoyed honestly. I really wish I could share the pictures I have of this disaster. Tastes decent but kinda ruined the sandwich with disappointment
The atmosphere is so much better! Cleaner and definitely friendly. Was greeted as soon as we opened the door to come in. Very well-mannered employees when we were there.
