Arepas House is hands down my favorite arepa spot in the Denver area. Located inside Edgewater Public Market, this Venezuelan eatery serves bold, comforting flavors that hit every time.
I tried the spicy chicken arepa (amazing heat + guasacaca sauce!), pabellón arepa, taqueños (so gooey and crisp), cachapa (my new obsession), plantains with cheese, and the loaded petacón sandwich. Everything was delicious and super flavorful.
The portions are generous, the service is friendly, and the vibe is casual and welcoming. If you’re looking for authentic Latin food in Denver, this is a must-visit.

We love arepas so I stopped by this place for some to go and they were huge and delicious. I usually go to Quiero Arepas when we're in Denver but this place was closer and the arepas are excellent.

I’ve been going to arepas house for a while and I’ve always had a good experience and get my food amazing but recently I’ve went and the manager attended me and she told me she couldn’t give me the order how I always get it which is a arepa pabellón with pollo and desmechada half and half… that I needed to pay extra… then proceeded to tell me who sold it to me like and I’ve told her well I’ve been coming here for years and I’m not gonna know… so I paid xtra for my desmechada meat $4 and got my arepa to take home… when I got home the arepa only had pollo and not the desmechada and I paid $20 for a arepa… I’ve was so upset and disappointed super disappointed

If you're craving an incredible arepa, look no further than this gem in the Edgewater Public Market. Hands down, one of the best arepas I've ever had—and it's huge! I eat a lot, and even I was satisfied with just one. The flavors are amazing, the service is fast, and the quality is top-notch.
Even better, if you're with someone who for some reason doesn't appreciate this delicious food, the Edgewater Public Market has plenty of other options. But seriously, eat here. It’s my favorite, and once you try it, it might be yours too!

Terrible service. I placed an order for delivery. They said they delivered it and sent a photo of nothing. When I called, no one answered and they didn't call back. They stole my money and never delivered the food.
