Great beer place!

Damn I love this place

This is one of my favorite breweries to hang out at with friends or just with my husband. They have a good variety of beers from light to dark, which I really appreciate. I usually go around lunch time when it’s not extremely busy, but it’s a big place so we usually find a table if it does get busy. We’ll either play some card games or just talk and drink beer. It’s not too loud either so that’s a plus too.

This place is AMAZING! We had an event that was rained out, and they graciously accommodated our party on short notice. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the beer selection had something for everyone! We all had a wonderful time, and we couldn't be more thankful to Barquentine Brewing Company for helping to make the day special.

The brewery tour continues.They have about 8 beers on tap, and they do a 4 flight tasting. It’s a great place to hit with a group of friends, coworkers, or date night. You can get food from one of the many restaurants inside and bring it over to enjoy with a cold brew.Definitely a go to spot and would come back. Oh and their beers are really good. Their sour beer was our favorite.

Ivy is a fantastic beertender, I’ve never felt so welcome at a brewery

My favorite brewery! I’ve had pretty much every beer this brewery has ever made. They specialize in Belgian style beers which are fantastic and also have a great IPA and Hazy. It’s in the Edgewater public market and you can bring food from the market into the brewery so we love to go there with the whole family and eat and drink beer. Recommend.

Worst customer service EVER!!! Their IPAs are garbage too would NOT recommend

Was visiting from out of state and stopped in on Thanksgiving. Was a bit sad to spend the holiday away from family, but the bartender IVY was INCREDIBLE. She was so sweet and friendly. She suggested some great beers ( Sea bear is my new favorite!) and we even had some thanksgiving pie! She paid great attention to the other customers, while still chatting with us and a few others at the bar. Amazing bartender with a very sweet and sassy personality. Coming back so soon! You were wonderful Ivy!

Fantastic beer, I love the Deckhand Stout among others. Comfy atmosphere. Lots of indoor and outdoor seating, never had trouble finding a good spot (and the rest of the Public Market is of course right through the side door). Outdoor seating is dog friendly. Try to figure out what the graphic on the West Wall is before you ask the bartender.

The beer is average, the bartenders are worse. Not friendly and hassle you with ordering multiple beers. Only option at Edgewater so they take advantage.
