Take-away only bakery located inside Edgewater Market, they specialize in laminated pastries and unique flavors. The pastries are well balanced: flaky, not too buttery to the point of greasy, and not too sweet. Expect a messy eating experience! The Cheesy Leek Breki is a breakfast pastry filled with mashed potatoes and topped with cheese and leeks, while the Nutella Mothership is structured pastry with Nutella cubes on top and glazed swirl on the bottom. Second only to Bakery Four I would say in Denver. I find many are a bit sugary for my taste, but their lamination is stellar.

You can find their stuff at Steam in Highlands on the weekends.

Very excellent customer service, many delicious options but I wish some of the popular items wasn't sold out so quick! The strawberry milk croissant was very delicious, very heavy on the cream inside the croissant but still delicious... Even there chai is excellent as well, very spicy if you're looking for good one...10/10 would come back here if I wasn't so broke lol
