11am, no cars in the lot. Ordered double cheeseburger with no ketchup. The cheese was dried up on one side, burger cold in the middle and ketchup had been scraped off. Obviously this was a previously made burger. Newsflash! If you get a special order such as “no ketchup” either the customer is allergic or doesn’t like the taste. In my case I’m allergic. You can’t just scrape it off and hope nobody notices.

Clean and friendly...good hot food. Some of the customers are not so friendly, they come in and treat the workers mean, and make messes in the bathroom. Maldonado is doing great as a manager trainee, and Sol and Isaura are fantastic at their jobs. Very courteous and friendly.

Nicest service person at the drive through window. Despite only two of them working she was extremely pleasant and apologetic. We didn’t really wait very long and the food was hot and tasted good
