just got the worst chicken deluxe sandwich I've ever had from chic fil a. tasted weird and the thinnest chicken I've had. what is going on to serve dog food to their customers! my dogs ate better today!

Decent Chick Fil A, the workers here are friendly and seem to be enjoying what they do. However, the past few times I’ve gone, I get home to find they forgot my sauce for fries or dressing for salad. I really hope this gets paid attention to more. Yall know you’d hate to eat some dry fries and a dessing-less salad. Thank you!

Stay away. Consistently receive the wrong orders. I ordered breakfast online, paid for it, and when I showed up at 10:35 my order was canceled. I wasn’t even treated kindly or given a credit. Wasted trip. Drive thru is impossible, like many other locations.

This Chick-fil-A is going downhill rapidly. I had to-go order and I called in because I couldn’t order an extra buffalo sauce and an extra ranch. I spoke with the manager or whoever answered the phone and they told me they’re not allowed to give me extra sauce. Since when is this a thing???? Every Chick-fil-A in the United States generally gives you as many sauces as you want. I thought this was pretty ridiculous and just shows the lack of service and the food and beverage industry lately. They’re trying to to cut costs everywhere they can.

Always tastes good,I know that much,it may take a minute but to me it’s worth the wait and the weight!And the frosted lemonade is better than almost anything else including free money well if I had free money I would buy a frosted lemonade so either way and I’m happy.Have a good day to anyone reading.

I like chick fil a it is the best and fast service
I want to start of by saying the food wasn’t bad but the service I received after Spending a sum amount of money was. I’ll explain, I went to this Resturant with my sister, niece and my kids and when we thought we had a good day we didn’t. I had left on accident my brothers Air Force hat and unfortunately I was way too far from the location to turn back around and retrieve it so I called the store and they were not compliant nor helpful with what I had requested. The lady I spoke to was very rude to me and kept repeating that there was nothing they can do because the table was taken and most likely my hat too. My sister then called to confirm and they told her something different so we both got upset and decided to waste a 30 min drive to the location to find out if my belonging was gone and it was not. I was distraught disgusted and disappointed with how chick fil a takes care of their loyal customers I didn’t just buy once I bought twice in a day and I refuse to ever come back to a location where they don’t feel any sort of sympathy for their customers. I contacted the restaurant about a refund and was treated like a villain instead of the victim so I would like my refund and I promise you I won’t go come back won’t ever see me in this location they’re unprofessional and rude and LIED! My hat was in same spot that I had left it I call this lazy and unprofessional behavior. You lost a loyal customer to this location.

Overall horrible experience. Started with the girl taking our order. She kept forgetting what we wanted. Then when we got to the window everyone seemed so annoyed. Like asking for a pup cup with a lid was a giant problem. Also on top of it they forgot our fries our sauces and the dressing for my salad. Horrible experience overall
