Not a huge fan of this location. The people taking drive thru orders don’t seem to know the difference between Colby Jack and pepper jack cheese. 3 times I’ve ordered a sandwich with Colby Jack, got home and it had pepper jack on it. Receipt showed pepper jack cheese too. Make sure to ask to have your order repeated back to you before you pay.
Mac and cheese here is very bland and has no taste. Needs more cheddar and baked longer. I’ve had orders of fries missing from my order. Last nights chicken breast was cold and so chewy and rubbery it was barely edible.

So I have traveled all over the US over 30 chic fil a restaurants to find this one to charge for any extra container or cup 81 cents or more .
The manager said it’s what the owner of this location charges for an extra empty container.
I have a special needs kid who has to be served in small quantity so we ask for a an extra one to distribute his food and they were rude and stood ground that they charge for it so we had to pay for it.

Worst experience ever! Been over 30 states in the United states of America and have always asked for a spare empty container. This location will not do it with out charging you, which I am ok with but then didn’t let me get the one I always get to feed my non verbal autistic son. Management deflects and blames ownership. This owner should really be aware of what management they have. Have them read give em the pickle.

Absolutely amazing service at this location. I had a take out order, and the app said a team member was waiting in the pickup area with my order. No team members were waiting with my order. Then, an employee (Marvin) who was eating on their break got up and retrieved my order. It felt like such a selfless act. I was simply amazed by this level of service in denver. So, props to Marvin at the Sloans lake location. You are clearly a leader and will go far in life with your attitude.

I use different Chick Fil A’s for Catering frequently. This location accommodated me today when I need to change the time of my order (even though I needed the food earlier)! It was a life saver. I showed up, the food was ready. The staff was very friendly! I would highly recommend this location for catering!
This was the worst Chick-fil-A experience EVER! I asked for two frosted sweet teas. “Nope we can’t do that.” They do it at every other location and it is literally sweet tea mixed with ice cream. Like cmon. So I order two ice creams and two sweet teas. I get to the window and they give me to drinks and two cones. No straws no napkins. Then I realize it’s an iced tea and a Diet Coke. I’m sorry they need to re hire for this branch I’ve worked in food service and your job is not to say no to customers simple requests, it is to make it happen or suggest alternatives. This branch is an embarrassment to Chick-fil-A. They could not do anything right.
