I have been to dozens of boba cafes in the denver metro area and happy lemon by far has the best drinks and boba! The boba is always Q! Perfect sweetness and tenderness. Is a must try if you are ever in the edgewater or highlands ranch area!
I have been to this place a couple of times. The drinks and bubble waffle do not disappoint. However, I went last night at 8pm and saw that the place was closed. The "open" sign was on but the lights inside were off and there was no sign on the door on why they closed early. I checked Instagram and there was no post about the store closing early.

Get the classic bubble teas with half the sweetness, and you’re set! Didn’t love the bubble waffle. But over all really my sweet staff and delicious albeit sugary drinks. Wish there was one further north.
