I placed my order on a Sunday, and it told me to pick it app at 8 AM on Monday, from they crumble on 19th in Sheridan, and when I arrived at 8 AM, they told me, I needed to come back in about 20 minutes because they hadn't even gotten the. Regular milk chocolate chip cookies done. They were still. In their own words, opening the store when I came back, the a woman who told me to come back in 20 minutes scoffed. And rolled her eyes and the gentleman who was not helping me in the first place, grabbed the box and went and grabbed the cookie when he gave me the cookie. He told me. I would let this cool down before eating it in a rude way. I told him thank you. I always let my cookies cool before I eat them. It's not my fault that their app told me to be there at eight a m for my milk chocolate chip cookie and they were unprepared for that. Does not mean you give the customer an attitude for your mistake or the app's mistake.
