Great service and really clean
The cookies look great. The store is clean. The customer service was nearly non-existent. No one even turned around to look at me let alone greet me when I walked in. When the order went through the blonde girl silently filled the box, didn’t present it to show me which the Mills store they do. Not sure if that is standard, but it is nice to see so I know my order is correct. She meekly said my name when handing me the box and said nothing else, not even a “you’re welcome” when I said “Thank you”. The brunette putting cookies together on sheets appeared to be on her phone when the blonde walked away… with gloves on, then proceeded to go back to wearing those same gloves to handle food. Both employees were absolutely so quiet, timid and down trodden even between each other you would think they were abused children scared of human interactions.

So why do you guys give away cookies customers already pre paid for? We ordered early morning and PAID to try to get a cookie we’ve been waiting for, but lo and behold they were out when we came to pick up our order later that day. What’s the point of pre ordering? Got a refund and left disappointed. Already unsatisfied with the visit the employees barely acknowledge you walking in, no hi, no welcome, they don’t even look up at you.
Frequently incorrect orders through delivery. No response via customer service. Just a bummer.

The cookies are generally a bit too big and too sweet for me, but that’s my personal preference. They are baked well and can have a crisp edge and softer center complemented by a copious dollop of frosting. On this occasion, we got the cookies and cream tres leches. It is delicious! I enjoy it more than the traditional version.
