Workers couldn’t even greet me when I walked in and was very excited for the cookies this week but I watched the employee give me runny frosting that her coworker in the back replied “ew” to and she continued to put all over both cookies. Doesn’t look like the photo to me when usually they look exactly alike. She also got frosting all over the botton of the box that is now on my seats in my car
This is my first time here, I stood at the counter, finally acknowledged by the younger guy he helped me order. I was the only customer in the building. Two other employees never even looked up from talking. While I was waiting for my cookies two other customers were never even acknowledged by the staff when they walked in. They have good cookies, but today they lost the customer service battle.

I've been a fan of Crumbl for years. This location is almost always on point! I have had a couple occasions where a cookie was a little dry / overcooked but it's been rare. Overall I'm very pleased and since this is close to where I live, I will be coming back regularly :)
