I stopped by Crumbl Cookies and everything was alright! The cookies were fresh, warm, and had that signature sweet smell as soon as I walked in. The staff was friendly and the store was clean and inviting. Even though nothing stood out as over the top amazing this time, it was still a good experience overall and I’d come back to try other flavors.
The cookies are generally a bit too big and too sweet for me, but that’s my personal preference. They are baked well and can have a crisp edge and softer center complemented by a copious dollop of frosting. On this occasion, we got the cookies and cream tres leches. It is delicious! I enjoy it more than the traditional version.
This is my first time here, I stood at the counter, finally acknowledged by the younger guy he helped me order. I was the only customer in the building. Two other employees never even looked up from talking. While I was waiting for my cookies two other customers were never even acknowledged by the staff when they walked in. They have good cookies, but today they lost the customer service battle.
