Dropped in for the croissant cones which were delicious! I loved my chocolate raspberry ice cream choice, but I just was wishing there was more of it. The size of the ice cream wasn't what I was expecting based off of everyone else's pictures and the company's pictures. Kind of a let down. My partner's ice cream was quite a bit bigger as well and we ordered different flavors but same thing. 10/10 recommend but hopefully they add more ice cream to even out the ratio to croissant/cone and make it more like they advertise. P.S mixed berry was even better than the chocolate raspberry!

Quick pre review thought, I have not had the NZ style ice cream, didnt even know what it was and I'm a huge soft serve fan so in a future visit I plan on trying it.Actual review....so I've been here several times, a few by myself and a time or two with my kiddos. Me and my kiddos make special trips just to go to different Colorado ice cream shops. Happy Cones offers some great options on flavors. The creaminess really shines and the fruit based ones give you a really fresh fruit flavor. The chocolate brownie has chunks of brownie in it that are crazy good. Have you ever had brownie ice cream that's good but, you get to a brownie piece and you think, dang the brownie isn't that great? It's the opposite here, I actually thought about going in and asking if they sold separate brownies. Ok so here's my final take. And I apologize if I'm going on a long review rant, lol....so I'm a foodie, one of the ways I judge things is by getting something simple and traditionally not considered the stand out option by which to judge. Like pizza, I get basic cheese, if I'm blown away, I know other options are going to be spectacular. So here I get the Sweet Cream ice cream. It is like being wrapped in a beautiful sweet cloud of cream that makes you close your eyes and sigh.Cheers to you fine people at Happy Cones.Kid-friendliness: My kiddos love their ice cream.

Today I came in with a friend of mine to try the ice cream, which was great. I liked the whole ambiance of the shop, it was a cute place and service was good overall. When I was paying the girl who checked me out was super sweet and had great costumer service but when the guy who made my icecream handed it to me he broke the cone accidentally and instead of putting a second cone underneath or putting it in a cup he throws the whole thing away which I didn't really like, he was also not very friendly.

Please t surprise. I was waiting for my Tesla to charge so I popped in here late on Sunday night. The lady at the counter gave me very good suggestions since I never had New Zealand style ice cream. I picked the raspberry pineapple and it was delicious! Creamy and tasty. I got a regular since small looked too small. I was again surprised with the amount of ice cream was topped off in my cup....should've gotten the small

They have tasty vegan ice creams (4 flavors atm). The price were fair; the staffs were energetic and receptive. The ambiance was pretty laid back and welcoming.

FINALLY. I've visited the Golden location of Happy Cones so many times, about time I checked out the one at Edgewater Public Market. I mean, really any excuse to go to EPM. They have a few more flavors, but I went with my favorite... blueberry New Zealand style ice cream. As good as Golden! AND they could process my partner's digital gift card, unlike Golden. Will forever be a go-to sweet treat whenever I visit EPM!

Wow this was an experience. We got the banana caramel ice cream in a croissant and it was incredible. The New Zealand style ice cream is 100% the way to go to. You get little chunks of the fresh fruit in every bite. 10/10 will be back again soon

I tried Happy Cones for the first time and was blown away! It's hard to find good vegan ice cream and theirs was amazing! We tried the vegan dark chocolate sea salt gelato and the vegan caramel Oreo gelato and they were both SO good! The flavors were amazing and they were both so creamy like a true gelato. Will definitely be back!

The customer service of this place is very good, the staff are polite and friendly, and the taste and the quality of the ice cream are good, however, the place is promoting ice cream in a croissant! Whenever you ask for it, they will tell you it's available on Saturdays only, then if you show up on Saturday they will be like: "Oh sorry we are out croissant for today "

Happy cones is a family favorite and a must visit at edgewater public market. They have AMAZING New Zealand style ice cream that can’t be beat but also make outstanding flavors of traditional ice cream. They really are the best. They also regularly do work to raise money for important causes and are welcoming to everyone:)
