Tasty vegan platter had a good mix of flavors. Good portions for a decent price. I will return.

Excellent! Authentic and far surpassed what we expected from a place in a food court.

Loved this place until they supported lowering tiped wages in denver. Will never support again.

This was my first time trying Ethiopian food and it was amazing! I cannot wait to return for more. The staff was also super friendly and helpful. I can already tell this is going to be one of my favorite restaurants forevermore 😍

Nick was so kind, he answered all my questions and was so professional and welcoming! Absolutely one of the best experiences here, and that says a lot because Konjo has an extremely kind staff anyway! Love love love this place, thank you again Nick!

Overall, good food but everything desperately needs salt. From the rice to the entrees to the injera, seasoning is essential.

I used to love this place it was my favorite food in the market, but after yesterday I don’t think I’ll be back.

I immediately got a weird vibe from the lady cook who was basically glaring at me when I walked up, the guy at least acknowledged me and said the standard “let us know if you have questions”

From there only got worse, my food was ready in less than 5 seconds and when I sat down to eat it immediately smelled off and my girlfriend was giving me even more grossed out looks than usual. There was a giant white weird mushy thing in my chicken, it was very salty and the seasoning was just weird, the injera wasn’t sour like usual and was dry and bland, the lentils were undercooked and the flavor was off on them as well. Everything was legitimately bad and this was one of the few times I actually didn’t finish a meal.

Today I’m on the toilet with food poisoning and I am completely positive this was the reason.

Konjo is the first place I tried Ethiopian years ago and is still near and dear to my heart. The food is amazing and their 'vegan's delight' lives up to its name. I have to get the lentils and peas every time but it's so hard to choose between the cabbage and potatoes w/spinach. I got to meet the owner as well and she is so kind. Overall, it's refreshing to eat good food somewhere where the workers seem happy and the owner is still a part of our community.

I loved the spiciness of the lentils, and the flavor of the cabbage and potatoes.

If you've never tried Ethiopian food before maybe this is a good introduction, but the food barely tastes like Ethiopian. Needs more seasoning and everything comes out cold. Traditional Ethiopian restaurants are just as vegan friendly and tastier.

I was so glad we tried the vegan burrito available on weekends. Their vegan options are so tasty and reasonably priced for the portion size!

Konjo Ethiopian offers a fantastic dining experience, especially for those seeking flavorful vegan options. The menu features a variety of plant-based dishes, with injera served alongside rich stews and flavorful lentils, all spiced to perfection. The flavors are bold and satisfying! Ask for the made in house hot sauce! Updated from previous review on 2025-02-15
