Konjo has amazing, healthy Ethiopian food that is served up very quickly. I crave it weekly and it's consistently delicious. Their vegetarian /vegan options are the best, and the misir wot is perfectly spiced. Portions are large & we always order extra for leftovers. They give good amounts of injera as well. So glad they are in Edgewater Public Market.

Well, anyone who follows my reviews knows that I typically don’t give negative feedback for restaurants. You’re small businesses trying to make it happen and I respect anyone working for success, even if it doesn’t match my pallet.I ordered the vegan delight and was excited ti sample some Ethiopian cuisine. I was disappointed with all of the items on the plate, and I believe for the first time in my life, I felt compelled to ask for a refund. When I did, one gentleman behind the countered reluctantly but politely offered to refund my meal, but offered no apology. Whatever, that was at least professional. But then the other gentleman decided it would be best if he told me “You know how you said you usually don’t do this? That implies that you probably typically do.”Because they had no traffic at their booth, and for all the reasons above, I decided to just let them keep the $28 I paid for my plate after tax and tip. When I then let that insightful gentleman know that he had delivered terrible customer service, he replied with “not at all”.?????????????!!!!!!!!!!!I’ve never felt more satisfied dropping my food into a trash can. So gross I couldn’t even order from one of the other establishments in the Edgewater Market. I feel nauseous, figuratively and physically.Fail.

Filling portion sizes (coming from someone with *zero* portion control (but also @Konjo please don’t raise prices or change portions)), fast friendly service, and just an overall quality Ethiopian meal. My friend and I split the chicken and the beef tibs. Both fantastic with the perfect amount of spice kick. The injera was so satisfyingly soft and fluffy. It comes with two pieces on the side but there was also a layer that lined the entire dish so we didn’t feel the need to order an extra piece. Easily my new go-to takeout; most other takeout cuisines overdo it on sugar, salt, sauces, fat, processed ingredients, etc. This just felt like a healthy, simple yet extremely flavorful, cozy home-cooked meal. Denver needs more ethnic places like this! Excited to come back very soon.
LOVE this place and can't wait to go back! The service/friendliness, quickness of getting orders out and food here are all stand out. I got the veggie plate and was just so impressed with all the clean and delicious flavors!

First, the public edge water market? Such a cool spot. Ive never had Ethiopian food so I wasn't sure exactly what I was expecting, but I'm always down to try something new. The vibes in here are immaculate, So much fun, so much culture, and so many happy faces. I got the lamb tips with miser as my vegetable and I was mind blown. The lamb was perfectly cooked and had a little spice to it that I LOVED. It paired perfectly with the miser and rice (thank you to the employee that gave me that recommendation) the service was quick, easy, and friendly. I am 100% coming back and bringing friends to give Konjo another go/ purchase some of their take home spices to try when cooking! Thank you for the great experience!

The meat is most sauce , probably 3 pieces of lamb tibs that I paid 17$ for. The bread is in half and I have never seen that. The lettuce does not taste washed and I eat this food often just not from here . I had options and chose what was a bit closer just to disappoint ! I'm very very upset with my meal ! I didn't want to drive and now I regret that . I don't want to eat it and it's more tomatoes then meat . Soggy and not what I expected or paid for . I over looked this restaurant many times . I usually go to my go to . This was horrible Food looks the part , does not live up to it . Don't waste your money , go somewhere else .
