Love Lucky Bird! They’re always really accommodating to my allergy and super friendly ! The food is incredible (and if you’re allergic to dairy it’s one of the only fried chicken places without buttermilk in the batter!)

Everything about this place is 5 stars. 6 if I could give it! The service was exceptional, the tendys were crispy on the outside and so perfectly moist on the inside, and the taste buds were dancing! Chris and Brandon were happy, fun, kind and well definitely be coming back for seconds, thirds and more 🙌

I went to the Edgewater Marketplace for the first time last night. I tried the new menu item, dry rubbed wings, at Lucky Bird. They were so good. Just enough rub on the wings. Great flavor! Put them on the menu permanently!

I got some bad attitude and disrespectful behavior from the cashier with the beard. A week or 2 ago I ordered the chicken salad and asked for extra dressing. He told me that when you order a salad and add chicken, it comes with 2 dressings. And clarified if I still needed extra. I said no since 2 was what I wanted. So this week I ordered the exact same thing but only got 1 dressing. I asked the cashier shouldn't I get 2 ranch dressings with my salad. He said it depends on the salad, and that it's also "at their discretion". Meaning on that particular day, he felt the need to only give me 1 dressing, and that he felt it was his right to do that since "it's at his discretion". What he was really saying was since I didn't tip him, he only gave me 1 salad dressing "at his discretion". It took the cook intervening and pointing out that a salad gets 2 dressings when you add chicken, and gave me the second ranch dressing cup. This was a lot of extremely toxic behavior directed at me, the customer, for no reason other than the fact I don't tip for counter service. Sorry, but I just paid $21 for an entree and side with no drink. I'm not tipping you 20% for counter service. Anyway, I will not be spending any more money here until I am issued a formal apology from the owner. Thanks.
P.S. You overcook literally every single thing you make here. Your chicken and fries are both fried to a crisp. Your food is way more expensive than Chick Fil A, and it's actually a lot worse since it's always dry and overcooked.

Located in a super friendly environment for everyone of all ages and any disabilities. The food is great portions and the flavors mesh together so wonderfully! I’m not a fan of mustard but their mustard slaw is top-tier! I had the Asian tenders and the backyard bird sandwich and they were both so amazing! The tenders were not too spicy at all and had a sweet zingy flavor!
