Best place ever said my son after a day skiing. Disappointed to hear they are closing this branch

My husband and I came in at 11:30 amon October 25th and the most horrible experience. The lady at the front counter never greeted us and seemed to be frustrated and annoyed as soon as we walked in. We then went to the counter and she met us and continued to type or text on her phone. I asked if she was ready to take our order and she just shrugged her shoulders. I asked to speak with her manager she responded she was the manager. I told her this was the most horrible service I've ever had and left. It's sad because I really enjoyed this place in the past however the experience has left us extremely saddened and disappointed.

Meta burger is yummy. I miss the black cherry tarragon soda. The cashier told me they can’t get the supplier to deliver it. That stinks, but they can’t control. I love the Inferno with the chicken patty. Food has been consistently yummy. I agree customer service could be improved, but I honestly don’t work in an hourly food service job, and no one is outwardly rude, but not outwardly nice & enthusiastic. Neutral is fine. Also with high prices, small businesses have higher overhead . I love that I have meta burger as a vegan option near me!

i really wanted to enjoy my experience here, but this location definitely didn’t have the same vibe as the meta burger that closed on the east side of denver; it really seemed like the employees couldn’t be bothered, maybe it’s a bad place to work with bad pay, i dunno. i ordered the philly cheeze steak, and the meat wasn’t even on the bun when it arrived. minty shake was good, tho! i guess i just expected more from a place that purports to have the best vegan burger in the world

Burned for attempting to try for the first time. I ordered delivery. No mention of door dash, some places have managed to avoid them as they are very unreliable. I placed my order and paid, and it transferred my order to door dash. Door dash has failed to deliver the last three orders I attempted with them and would not refund.
I called the store to cancel immediately, because I'm not willing to deal with that nightmare again. I thought $30 was pretty outrageous to get one entree delivered anyway.
The manager said my full payment would be refunded and I heard him take my order off the board so they did not even make it. He said very clearly that the full $30 would be refunded.
I got half of the cost refunded. I have since emailed about this.
I have yet to get another response.
I was very excited to try this. Now I'm am adamant to avoid Meta Burger...

Decent food. Not the best I’ve had. Unfortunately it’s feels like it’s just cooked frozen food but the flavor was there. Definitely overpriced in my opinion. Cheese sauce was prob my fav.

I really want to root for any vegan spot but the quality is very inconsistent and the prices too high for basic burgers and such.
From a customer point of view it just feels sad inside, would be surprised if meta burger lasts more than another year or so. The staff always seem super stressed out, guessing it isn’t a great place to work. Recommend Gladys instead.

Apparently spending $35 on two things isn’t enough to elicit a smile or a “thank you” from the staff here. Good food but very poor customer service. I’ve been here many times but after my most recent experience where I was treated like an inconvenience, I doubt I will return.

The food here is outstanding! Even my meat loving partner was blown away. I tend to stay away from vegan cheese, but the “cheese” sauce on my burger was delightful. I’m craving a Meta Burger from OH and I there’s nothing that can compare. I need to get back out to CO soon for a burger!!
