It is an hour and a half before they close and when I call they hang up on me... Service is 50/50 chance of good and bad. The pizza and location are great but not sure about the customer service....
It was difficult to find my name on the receipt so I was looking at the wrong pizza. The child working the counter asked if I ordered cheesy bread, I said no, he asked again if I ordered cheesy bread, I said i didn't order cheesy bread, (meanwhile I am still trying to figure which pizza is mine) he asked a third time if I ordered vheesy bread, so if course I said no i did not order cheesy bread. We're from Chicago and we know pizza. My husband worked at two pizza places in college, so he's a pizza connoisseur.It's not Gino's deep dish or Lou malnati's Chicago style pizza. But for thin crust pizza we think it's great.
