Tamatha is very rude and our pizza was totally jacked up from what we actually ordered listening and reading skills is not strong with this one was charged for stuff we didn't even have on the pizza receipt was correct order was not..we didn't want to deal with the bad attitude to have it fixed we will be going to a different place next time sorry u had to lose business because of one bad apple

We're from Chicago and we know pizza. My husband worked at two pizza places in college, so he's a pizza connoisseur.It's not Gino's deep dish or Lou malnati's Chicago style pizza. But for thin crust pizza we think it's great.

This store has the worst phone customer service ever. I'll call and call and call but nothing. They will answer it and hangup quickly everytime. Super unprofessional and shouldn't be working there if you won't take phone orders.

They do not answer the phone at this location. It rings a few times than hangs up. I went to store to let them know and they didn't seem too concerned about it

It is an hour and a half before they close and when I call they hang up on me... Service is 50/50 chance of good and bad. The pizza and location are great but not sure about the customer service....

"Wheres me cheeeeese Gromit?" Well, it isn't on the pizza,,, its like chewy plastic. Looks fine and was fine but they may use cheep cheeeese now. Used to be good. Gunna make my own pizzas now. Too bad as we both hate to give a bad rating but cheep cheese ruins it.

Just updating my review to keep it at 5 stars. I do wish they would consider extending their hours to 9 but I have never had a bad experience.
Ordered online the pizza was ready before the time listed. Only thing I did not like was you have to find your own order. Otherwise good pizza and the staff were nice.

DO NOT WALK IN ORDER!!! Rude manager yelled at us when we tried to look in and see how many people were in store. When we get in none of the young workers tells us where to wait or order for 5 minutes when the rude manager comes back and finally takes our order tells us it'll be 20 minutes we go outside come back in 15 minutes later we see orders on counter were asked if we had online orders we say no we're waiting for one we ordered here they get back to making pizza we wait 10 more minutes. Manager finally looks up from making pizza and says "um what did you order" and when we remind him he says "oh it's this one that's been sitting out for a while."

An employee by the name of Elijah Gonzales started cussing me out because he THOUGHT I STOLED HIS tips .. I thought it was my change then started to threaten me that he was he was gonna assault me while he was holding a knife but in his own words of course I was very scared and will not come back and none of the employees washed their hands and none were wearing masks .

It was difficult to find my name on the receipt so I was looking at the wrong pizza. The child working the counter asked if I ordered cheesy bread, I said no, he asked again if I ordered cheesy bread, I said i didn't order cheesy bread, (meanwhile I am still trying to figure which pizza is mine) he asked a third time if I ordered vheesy bread, so if course I said no i did not order cheesy bread. He finally asked me my name and pointed me to the correct pizza. Once I was able to look at the receipt I see that my name is in the middle of the receipt surrounded by a huncb of other text. My suggestion, make it easier to find your name on the receipt.
