We ordered the slider trio and truffle fries! Fish slider was fresh and crispy. 2 beef sliders made from quality meat, juicy and flavorful! Decadent truffle fries tied it all together. Perfect snack after a great day of fishing! Thanks to Shawn and the young lady on the grill, see you guys soon!

I love shishito peppers and they are not easy to come by in general. These are in all honesty some of the BEST I have ever had, they will be a staple for our next visits! Burger was great as well!

This place has become our absolute favorite go-to place for burgers! Every burger we have gotten has been utterly delicious, the fries are to die for, and the service is top notch. Shawn and Luz are two of the nicest folks you will ever come across and they love their customers. We won't go anywhere else now for burgers. It is a super convenient ordering experience - every place here has self ordering on a large tablet and it works great. We cannot recommend this place highly enough - would give 10 stars if we could!! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Approaching the counter was confusing , the touchscreen was filthy and upside down. They ask for a tip at purchase then yell “give me a while” (I was the only customer and order at the moment). Then I got 3 stale bun overcooked sliders with wilted lettuce.

I ordered and paid at the kiosk at 3:55. One order of fries. No one was in sight. After 7 minutes a worker showed up to fry my French fries. No greeting from the employee. 4:06 fries were placed on the counter. I won’t be back.

Probably the best sliders in Denver! Definitely try the Korean sloppy Joe and the goat cheese fig one! Will be back for sure’

The food was absolutely amazing. The chef John created the best Sunday brunch me and my wife has ever eaten. Everything was fresh and cooked to perfection. We will definitely be back and I encourage everyone visiting the area to check out Slideshow Sliders @ The Parlor.

The humble burger; quintessentially as American as food can get. Simple yet can get complicated. When done well, it can be heaven in your mouth. When not done well, it can be like the rocky roads of hell in your mouth.
Came to Edgewater Market for lunch last week with family. I really LOVE a good smashburger but over the last several visits to other places, I've been grossly disappointed. Dry, rock hard burgers. My nephew decided to order these (while I stayed away and got something else from another vendor). He offered a bite which turned into a half slider. It was SO GOOD.
Felt like having a burger dinner so went here 2 nights ago. Folks, the meat they use seems good quality. The perfect mix of having the crispyish exterior while the interior was juicy (seriously, as I bit into the burger, juices were flowing) hit the spot. So many variations in terms of toppings. I still loved the good ole American burger; tomato, cheese and a bit of their sauce.
For my vegetarian other half, there was a surprise. They can replace ANY BURGER with their vegetarian patty. And check this out; the patty is NOT the impossible burger type. It's made of veggies, beans and grain. The crisp on that baby on the exterior too was so good.
We also ordered the truffle fries which were EPIC. My only nitpicky complaint on the fries would be (or rather suggestion) is that instead of serving the fries with the topping on the top, maybe if they mixed it while they are mixing the seasonings in the bowl 'might' be better? This would prevent the fries from getting soggy when they get cooler.
To top it off, the gentleman and the angel working there were just so nice. We had a few questions and they answered those with a smile; made us really feel welcome.
Sadly I leave in 3 days and won't be back till next year but I'm going to try and see if I can get one more fix before I leave.
