Staff was disrespectful to a blind customer, when asked to identify items and give separate bags. Items in order were made wrong, and I was shooed away with my food and no additional assistance. Disgusting.
Corporate has been contacted to request a refund. Will not be coming back to this location.

Ordered the number 8, three dorita supreme tacos. They're not supreme, just normal even though I was charged for it. And then the lid on my Pepsi is warped so it spilled all over my lap when I tilted it just slightly to drink it. All around an unenjoyable meal.

Best Taco Bell in Denver in my opinion. Never disappointed me once. Been going here for a year. Every time I order online at this store they ALWAYS get my order right. And hook it up with the sauce!!! Amazing Job!

Placed a mobile order at 10:30. Got there a little bit later and was told to pull to the front. Finally got my food at 10:58 and was missing items. It should never take that long for a Taco Bell order.

I just accidentally ate meat after 2 1/2 years of being vegetarian because the employees at this location clearly can't read BLACK BEANS. I even ordered a black bean crunchwrap, not a regular one with replacing the beef with black beans. This location does not answer the phone so I have no way of letting them know about this sickening (literally am sick now) situation. As a food business, they should be paying better attention to what people order and what they're making because this is unacceptable. This isn't the first time either.
I came here tonight to get food for my family and the customer service was horrible the younger Hispanic guy was so unbelievably rude to me repedtly and then he got my order wrong and then proceeded to not give me some of my order and I feel like that was intentional this place is ran horribly and the males working tonight are rude and disrespectful Gilbert was one of the males working and being extremely disrespectful

This Edgewater location is terrible,first off I was told not to even go here but I’m like I’m just gonna grab a few taco’s and be done why didn’t I listen. I normally go though the drive through but this day it was kinda busy I’m on my lunch break so I figured I’d just run in the lobby thinking I can just run in and out oh they had me all the way fooled😳😳.First I order my food on their little Kiosk I thought it was there for convenience but guess not anyway I’m paying cash so I walk up to the counter where I wanna pay and nobody not nobody even noticed I was there so I’m trying to get someone attention for like 10min.They acted as though they were so busy mind you I’m on my lunch break As I’m standing there a group of young folks had came in. I noticed they had also ordered their food at the Kiosk, Why before anyone noticed I was there the young people had their food and I still hadn’t been helped nor had my food which were only 2 taco’s by the way.So I guess the manager had came out of the office and looked at me and started helping someone else without even asking have I been helped.What a way to run your business, 45min I waited for 2 taco’s spend my whole lunch break wasn’t even worth maybe I should have went through the drive through since that’s were all the attention was.My experience was horrible talking about think outside the Bun No No No think outside the Bell!!!!

How hard is it to forget the chips in the nachos. Once I understand but EVERY TIME is ridiculous. No one here cares about the quality of the food they serve my food is always sloppy and packed poorly
