I really wish this place served better food. I've given them several tries since they opened, but they have dropped the ball on each occasion. Once ordered a burger and small fries to go. Got home a mile away and found a big greasy bag of soggy fries. Yesterday's visit featured a Philly cheesesteak sandwich with tough meat that was laden with big blobs of fat all the way through. It felt like I was chewing a mouthful of rubber bands. The meat had bad flavor as well. My wife asked for the onions on her burger to be grilled. They served it with both fresh and grilled onions. I've dined at each of their other locations, and each of them do a better job than Benderz in Edwards. I can't figure out why they can't get it right at this location. ~ A local who won't be back.

Came to order some truffle fries since they are actually pretty good ! But the guy at the cash register was sooooo not caring. He “was on a phone call” his own words. One headphone on talking to whoever was on the other side while “taking the order” he just didn’t care. Also when giving the food out he was just so rude.

Burger definitely not fresh, tastes like the frozen patties you get from Sysco. She asked me how I would like it cooked, I said Medium Rare. It came out a bit pink in the center, and gray around the edges. It’s hard cooking a burger to temp for a 6 oz fresh def. can’t ask for temps on a frozen product. But Definitely not seasoned. Bun was toasted. LTO seemed fresh. The woman who was helping me, not very attentive, seemed like she only wanted to talk to her friends who were in the restaurant. Didn’t even get a, Thank you, have a nice day, just gave me my change and went to hug her friends. I will not be back there for lunch! On a good note, the restaurant was clean

I had the single patty burger and it was really big, if you go to McDonald’s or any fast food restaurant the patty’s are usually super thin but this patty is really thick and on top of that they have double and triple patty options as well, it’s really great and the fries are amazing not to salty and not to greasy the food was perfect and the lady that took our order was super helpful, we will definitely go again when we are in the area.

I wish I could give 10 stars. This little hamburger joint had the friendliest staff. My wife and I have a child with special needs and usually get dirty looks from staff at other places we've been to, and usually in a small town, it is even worse. But Benderz Burgers made us feel welcome and were kind to my loud and fidgety child. Our clerk/server was the epitome of grace and didn't bat an eye when we walked in. I can't recommend enough. Oh, and the burgers were delicious and fresh. Love, love, love this place. We will come again. ?Thanks for the donut. Good day?

The burger was good, it’s just a burger. They had a 2000 sauce but it was barely on it. We sat outside, which the umbrellas are a little low you have to duck but it takes up most of the walkway. Overall it’s a good place!

Benderz Burgers in Edwards was a major disappointment. The food was subpar, and the service was the worst I've experienced. The employees seemed completely disinterested, spending more time on their phones than attending to customers. Orders were taken incorrectly, and there was zero empathy or effort to make things right. Overall, a frustrating and unpleasant experience—definitely not recommended.
