This place is a cute cozy type of place. Service was ok I felt rushed when ordering my food from a young lady with blonde hair not sure who she was. No name tags. It's a go up and order counter type place. I feel it's a bit pricey for the portions of food they give. But I'm pretty sure it's where their location is that they have to charge so much. Food was delicious 😋
This $6 half greek salad included 3 sliced cherry tomatoes, 1 cucumber slice sliced into 3, 3 olives, a spec of feta and 2 peppers. It was basically all lettuce as you can see. This is such a joke and disappointing. The restaurant was closing for some renovations the next day and it was 30 minutes before closing. Honestly, if you’re scrapping for food and selling it to customers the day before you closed- you should have closed this day and stopped selling food instead of knowingly stealing money from customers at this point. Total waste of money and this is reflective of bad customer service. You see the photo, judge for yourself.

I had the cheesesteak. it was fine. it would have been better with some peppers. I asked for a side of peppers. but the girl asked me if I would like them inside the sandwich instead, so I said sure. but they didn’t give me any peppers in my sandwich or in my order at all. a bit more cheese also would have made the sandwich better I think.

Stopped in here after fishing trip for lunch on June 26th. I ordered two of the days special which was meatball sub. Paid for the order and waited. Was then informed by the cashier who already took my money that they had ran out of meatballs. Apparently this was a failure of internal communication between the kitchen and the cashier. Manager type/Owner individual came in the front door at the time the cashier was trying to rectify/refund my money. He took over the conversation and indicated that they were sorry and that he would refund my money. When asked if he needed my bank card to issue the refund. He stated no. I took his word on it and went about heading to Subway as i know its less likely a real sandwich shop would run out of meatballs. Days later, I returned home to Texas and double checked my bank account to make sure the refund went though. It did not. I was forced to file a claim with my bank who honored it and removed the charge. Certainly couldn't rely on the word of this business owner/manager. Not sure about the food, never got to taste it. Wont ever go there again.

This place was great and super fast service! My daughter and I usually don't stop at sandwhich places because of the type of gluten-free bread that's used, but we both agreed that this is our new favorite lunch spot when we go through Edwards!

The best deli in all the land. Riva Ridge Italian is my ultimate comfort food, by far my absolute single most favorite food item in all of Vail Valley. I highly recommend Boardroom for a satisfying breakfast or lunch
