Felicia absolutely killed it when it came to making the cake that I requested for my dad's 80th birthday! We ordered a spice cake with a hunter theme. The cake was beautiful and was absolutely delicious! It was also very reasonable in price. This will be my go to place for future cakes!

Upon reaching out to several bakeries on a Monday looking for someone to make a cookie cake for Thursday, Cornerstone reached out to say they would be happy to do it. Of course, I wasn’t sure very appreciative. The order was made very clear in a text exchange for a 12” chocolates chip cookie cake with “Happy Birthday Jill”written on it. I received the invoice late Wednesday afternoon which I paid and then received a follow up text confirming my GF cookie cake. I texted back to reiterate that I did not order a GF cake. I did not receive a response, so I called and left a message stating the same concern. I never received a response. I arrived to pick up the cake and, sure enough, it was GF. She told me to take it and see how it went with our party and if I still felt disheartened she would make an adjustment. I texted soon after leaving that I felt that there should definitely be an adjustment to at least make up for the difference between the cost of a regular (which I ordered) and a GF cookie cake (which is more expensive). I have yet to hear a response. I will definitely not use this bakery again!

I ordered a specialty cake with a very specific look to mimic an actual product. WOW! They did a fabulous job on the look and it also tasted delicious! Service was great too. Highly recommend.

Incredible cookie business! They created the most beautiful and tasty cookies for my Italian themed welcome party for my wedding. They were pieces of art and everyone couldn’t stop talking about them! 10/10

Felicia at Cornerstone was a Life Saver! I had a last-minute cake order and was turned away - borderline laughed at - by several other places. Felicia showed grace and mercy under time-pressure. Her streamlined thoughtful & detailed form made ordering simple. She quickly responded to on-line request and followed up with brilliant communication. She is literally the stuff of service dreams!! I mentioned how impressed I was to several others who are local to the area and they also were raving both about service, the high quality of hand-crafted goods and all-important deliciousness! Cornerstone deserves big kiddos and recognition!! 👏🤩💝
PS Carrot cake was not only sublime on birthday evening, we also enjoyed yummy slices of leftovers for 2 days! :)

Everybody at the wedding said that the cake was the best wedding cake they have ever had and we agree. We had Chocolate with cookies n creme frosting and Irish creme infusion. We were allowed a free sample tasting to help us make our decision. We HIGHLY recommend! Thank you.

Felicia’s Bakery at Cornerstone Chocolates and Confections absolutely knocked it out of the park! The cake she created was an absolute work of art and became the show-stopping centerpiece for our friend’s milestone birthday celebration. Not only was it stunning, but Felicia personally drove an hour and a half from her bakery to deliver it to Aspen — now that’s going above and beyond. Incredible service, amazing craftsmanship, and truly delicious. Couldn’t recommend her more!

Felicia assisted us with creating the most delicious whoopie pies for our wedding on 9/28/2024 in Beaver Creek. She also made us a chocolate cake-cutting cake that was beautiful and was everything that we envisioned. The whoopie pies were original (chocolate and white icing), red velvet, and pumpkin, which were a big hit with our guests! The whoopie pies were presented beautifully in gold foil holders, which looked great with all of the decor that we used. We would recommend Felicia and Cornerstone Chocolates & Confections for any event!

You all made a BEAUTIFUL Birthday cake for my husband with a ONE DAY notice. We were so impressed that you all were not only able to do it with such short notice, but we were equally impressed with the taste of the cake and with your creativity! The only direction we gave was "my husband likes navy and teal and please make it masculine!' Mission accomplished! THANK YOU!

Blown away by Felecia’s creation for our wedding in Vail. I sent a few photos of cakes I liked and then let her do her thing! She did not disappoint. I could not have designed a more beautiful cake myself. Fit perfect with our wildflower themed wedding. The cake tasted delicious of course too, we opted for funfetti. Wish I brought more of it home! I highly recommend working with her if you are in or around the vail valley. She was a delight to work with at a reasonable price.

Felicia went above and beyond for our two 2-year olds birthday cakes! They were the cutest cakes ever and so delicious!
