Fiesta’s Cafe in Edwards has the worst mexican food in a valley, it is just horrible, they need a new cook! McDonald’s food is much better compare to that food.
Fajitas were burnt and unedible, the service was great. Unfortunately, that was the best thing here.

This is possibly the worst Mexican food that we have ever eaten, skip it and walk next door to the sandwich shop. Chips were stale, food had no seasoning, Tasted like hospital food. The bartender doesn’t know what a skinny margarita is, strange for a Mexican restaurant. Took a long time to get our food and not even a lunch rush.
