The Gas House has been one of our favorite restaurants for 35 years. The food is excellent. The apple pie and ice cream is the best I have ever had. We love the entree is served with potato choice and veggie.

We have been dining at the Gashouse during our annual ski trips to Beaver Creek for nearly 30 years, and this is the first time we've had such a disappointing experience. Unfortunately, our service was very poor. Our server brought out our entrées but had forgotten our salads, which we had to ask about. When I stepped away to take my granddaughter to the restroom and returned, our napkins had been cleared from the table. Later, the server attempted to remove my plate even though my meal was only partially eaten, and I had to let him know I was still dining. In addition to the service issues, the food did not seem to meet the high standards we've come to expect over the years. It was very disappointing.

Always great and reliable and they also always surprise us with a dish that is new or that we haven't tried yet and it was awesome...Last night the Dynamite Salad was new for us (we put chicken on top) and it was terrific!!!!

Great food and great service from Bonnie. The only thing is they put us in the room close to the outdoors and it was freezing. I'd requested the other room when we came in, but they said they were busy didn't look that way.

We were in the side room and went early, so no noise. Marcus and Jillian gave us great service as always. The apple pie was the perfect way to end our meal.

Very good food and friendly service. I can’t remember our server’s name but she was lovely. Lively restaurant with a great atmosphere. I was pleasantly surprised and will return many times! Also amazing dirty martini with blue cheese olives :)

My family of seven dined at the Gashouse on New Year’s Day. We had a lovely evening of great food and great service from Elizabeth, our waitress. The prime rib was delicious. The restaurant was busy but dinner was delivered promptly after we ordered. The Gashouse is a gem.

Food was OK, but was pretty pricey for what we got.
The food at the Gashouse is delicious. Their dynamite salad with blackened chicken added has lots of ingredients and it was fresh with great (spicy) dressing - other selections amongst our party were the ribs, chilli and BBQ chicken. Waitress very nice!

La atención de la hostes fue muy descortes, no nos dio la mesa sino hasta que estuviera todo el grupo, siendo que ya estaba presente el 85% del grupo. La comida fue mediocre. No volveremos a a asistir a este restaurante, hay varias opciones infinitramente mejores.

Food and vibe seem good but service was awful, didn’t even got to go, as they didn’t respect reservation I did on open table, a very rude guy answered the phone, seemed more concerned about finishing the call than actually helping, when I asked to speak to the manager it ended up being him, very unpleasant experience, don’t know how he even got to be the manager there.

We try to eat at the Gashouse every time we are in town. We love the atmosphere and the food. Service is good too!

I don't usually bother writing reviews, but this experience was so bad it deserves to be called out. We had a 6pm reservation for a group of nine. By 7:25pm, my kids finally got their dessert and two minutes later the server was already handing me the check. Before my son was even halfway through his ice cream, the server came back and told us we needed to leave. He and the manager literally stood there watching us while my kid tried to finish a dessert we had just paid for. It was uncomfortable, rude, and completely unprofessional. When I told the manager how unacceptable this was, he just stared at me and walked away. I've been coming to this area for years, and I've never seen a restaurant treat customers like this. I won't be back to The Gashouse unless they get new management, because the current leadership clearly doesn't care about basic respect or hospitality.
