The pastries are so divine! The monkey bread, scones, cookies… I could go on! I also tried the egg sandwich and the yogurt bowl while in town. Highly recommend a stop at this very beautiful, cozy cafe.
Wonderful mainstay in Edwards Corner. This cafe/bakery has been one our go-to stops for years in the Vail valley area. The service and food is always great. The baked goods are always delicious and the hot food never disappoints. There is often a line, but certainly worth the wait. Snag a menu and walk up to the counter to order. This is the best kept secret in the Vail area. I can't believe I have been coming here for years, and I didn't know about this place. The food is so good that you literally need to stop eating after you take a bite because it is just that good. I can't believe this place doesn't have a Michelin star.
