Amazing and authentic taco truck in Edwards. We regularly stop by on busy evenings for dinner when we don’t feel like cooking. Prices are reasonable, the staff is always friendly, there is abundant fixings’ and it is pretty fast. We love the quesabirria and carnitas.

Don’t know what’s up with the vegetarians leaving a review at all. Don’t like what they have then move on. Restaurants have a hard enough time in this valley, so unless it’s absolutely deserved, don’t leave one star reviews. This isn’t the city. These are your neighbors taking risks to start a business in a very volatile place. Those people will slowly ruin this valley if they keep it up!The food was pretty good! The service was quick and done with a smile. Can’t ask for much more than that. I only had a torta and tacos.. my only gripe is the cabbage instead of lettuce didn’t do it for me.GOOD MEAT THOUGH ;) and good bread too which is a very crucial part to a good torta.

It is really tough to find good Mexican food that accommodates vegetarians. La Patrona nails it! Not only do they have veggie options, but they use FRESH veggies. I was so happy with my burrito, I'll be back to try other options. The service was also great, they happily answered questions and I felt they were genuinely grateful to serve customers of all backgrounds. Thanks for accommodating the vegetarians along with all of your meat options as well!

Come on! If you are vegetarian you don’t have to be nasty and affect others business because you are vegetarian! Tacos exist because of MEAT! They have many veggie options. My favorite n flavor and presentation is the quesabirria, tacos Al pastor and asado! As you can see I love this PLACE! Best in the valley and very good with pricing!
